• Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am; the community enforces noise fines.
• Maximum occupancy is six registered guests—no unregistered visitors after 10 pm.
• Smoking, vaping, pets and parties are prohibited by condo bylaws.
• Do not hang towels or clothing over balcony railings.
• Pool use is at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised.
• Report any damage promptly so we can address it before the next guest.
• Replacement fees: gate remote $150, each key $150.
