Building has 24/7 security, pool, basket, playground and direct beach access. You will love it & be close to everything.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Great views

We had a very relaxing vacation at our condo in Isla Verde. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The 3 beach chairs were a plus, so we only had to rent an umbrella and one lounge chair. My only suggestion would be to have one more chair for our family of 4. Host was attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location and Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo does have a small kitchen and small bathrooms, but the location and views were outstanding! The bedrooms and living area, including the balcony were very comfortable. We enjoyed the many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is one of the best we’ve experienced in our many travels. Very good communication. We appreciated the thorough check in instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We did experience an island wide power outage that made national news in the US. This was out of the control of the owners, but we appreciated the LED lanterns provided with the condo. Also, the building and most restaurants in the area were powered by backup generators. This significantly minimized the impact. So we were able to keep the doors and windows open to maintain great views, a cool breeze, and some light from the generator powered lights in the hallway.

Fantastic Vacation

I loved the 2 bedroom /bath beachfront with a great poolwith balcony .If I wasnt at the beach or pool we where sitting on the balcony listening to the beautiful ocean .we went to the food Market bought lots of snacks and necessities.Best part is the list Beatrice created with all the tips and places to go. I will definitely return again 🧡The apt was clean,extra bedding ,towels .My friends and I cooked

Clean and good location

The condo was clean and located where we wanted to be in Isla Verde for our first visit to PR. LOCATION: The condo sits on a nice section of beach - chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of the condo building. A Walgreens is located directly across the street and the sidewalk area of Isla verde is very walkable, even at night. SECURITY: Like most condos in the area, the grounds are secured. Entry from the beach or sidewalk requires a key fob. The host is very responsive and communicates well in advance with a long list of eateries, transportation, and local recommendations. As travelers, we don’t spend a lot of time in a condo - we sleep and shower, and we are gone again! We weren’t looking for posh and swanky, and it wasn’t worth the extra money to pay for luxury accommodations when we wouldn’t use the amenities. That said, if you are looking for a clean, no frills condo, this is a good option. It is clean, yet sparsely furnished, with a very small kitchen. It overlooks the beach with a lovely view - which is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening. NOTES: The beds were comfortable and the AC works The shower design is super wonky - you really need to shimmy between the toilet and shower to enter as it’s a tight fit. We used the provided Tommy Bahama chairs to the beach a couple of times during the week. They are showing their age, but functional. The balcony furniture is low-end with really thin cushions.

Very clean property and excellent location - able to walk to just about everything you could need. Security is over the top, a little frustrating with all the layers of security doors, gates, and garage doors. But you definitely feel safe, if not a little concerning why they need so much, but it’s the only one we saw with this type of restricted access.

Ladies spring break trip

Unit was as described and as pictured. Spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Beach area was nice with access to rent chairs and umbrellas if needed - unit had chairs, towels and cooler available for use which was very nice. Area was ok with some restaurants within walking distance. Likely would need a car if you want to explore further.
