Fantastisk lyxvilla vid stranden på Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort

Vår nyligen renoverade, specialdesignade villa vid stranden har ett modernt och elegant kök med matplats med utsikt över havet och två bekväma och rymliga sovrum. Det ligger på grunderna till Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. Du kan gå till huvudbyggnaden på orten (2min) och till stranden (1min). Du kan också åka våra två cyklar runt orten och njuta av de tropiska trädgårdarna och den fantastiska havsutsikten. De två sovrummen är utrustade med eget badrum i marmor. Den tysta villan är helt luftkonditionerad och har en elgenerator för att säkerställa en god natt vila och trevliga dagar. Platsen på västra vinghörnan ger utsikt över den tropiska floran och havet. Villa ligger precis framför stranden och inom gångavstånd till de flesta hotellfaciliteter. Två balkonger (en framför vardagsrummet och den andra framför sovrummet med två sängar) underlättar utomhusglädje av den magnifika utsikten över Atlanten och av de tre privata poolerna på fastigheten. Lägenheten på 1400 kvadratmeter har marmorgolv i alla rum och granit- / kvartsräknare. Det är den perfekta platsen för gäster som är intresserade av att njuta av bekvämligheterna i en förstklassig resort och komforten i ett privat hem. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med ett barområde med vinkylare där du kan njuta av familjesammanträden med utsikt över stranden. Dessutom erbjuder Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino och restauranger i närheten många utmärkta restauranger. Mat, kläder och mediciner kan köpas på gångavstånd på orten eller på flera shoppingfaciliteter en kort bilresa bort. Lägenheten ligger nära flera landmärken inklusive den karibiska nationella regnskogen, Fajardo biolysande vik och hamnen till de välkända öarna Culebra och Vieques. The best of both worlds!

My family stayed 5 nights in Lesbia’s condo. Having a condo that suited my family with all the amenities and the resort, literally 5 minutes walking distance away was amazing. The condo is exactly as described! I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos and I’ve never been in one this stocked! It really was very much appreciated. The pools were empty most days as well as the beach area. One thing I will add that no reviews mention is that I was allowed to workout at the resort fitness center, which was nice. Fair warning- it was the worst resort gym I’ve ever been in (imo), but I made it work and was thankful to have the option. The views as everyone has stated is amazing. There’s 2 balconies- one from the living room and one from the room with Double Queens. The master is at the back, which is perfect if you need it dark to sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again! Thank you Lesbia for offering up your beautiful condo!

Perfect Get-away

We had a great stay at this property. The pools are great and overlooking the ocean. The nearby resort is good to grab dinner or coffee. It's safe and clean and beautiful. If we make it back again, we would definitely stay here.

The villa was exactly how described, clean, kitchen fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The pools at the villa were good (a little extra skipping needed). Location was perfect, beach front and short walk to the resort. At check-in finding the unit was a little difficult but the property real estate office assisted- a map of the condos and resort would have been helpful in advance. Unfortunately we lots power during our stay and the back-up generator was not working (replacement part on order). The owner let us know this in advance of our trip. During our stay we were allowed to use the resort restaurants but we were not allowed to use the resort pools (unfortune as they do have an amazing kid pool area). The ocean in this area is very rough with a lot of rip tides, not ideal for kids.

perfect for a family of four. close to everything you want to do. clean, beautiful pool and hot tub. highly recommend. Or as my 12 year old said when asked “5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars. Come for the pool, stay for the coconuts”

Family Vacation

Condo was clean and adequately equipped. Nice to have some essentials available like laundry soap, body wash, etc. There is no real oven, just convection oven that didnt work great for pizza, etc. Very close to Rio Mar resort but found the store and dining very pricey. Pools were great. Beach was sandy and worked every morning but still had debris. Luqiillo beach was not in walking distance. Golf was great!

1st time in Puerto Rico

Perfect Location. The layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the large open kitchen to the living room. There were plenty of fresh linens, towels, and beach towels to use. Linens were fresh and updated. Beach chairs were provided. We had plenty laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and toilet paper for the week. It was so nice to be able to walk to the hotel for dinners. Food there was delicious. Steps to the ocean. We would walk the beach for miles. Beach was clean. Kids were able to boogie board but had to watch the waves as some hours they were large. Pools were nice. Kids played volleyball and bean bags too. So much to do here. Property felt safe. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again. Thanks for an amazing week. We truly enjoyed it!

A Peaceful and Beautiful Beach Getaway!

My 3 year old daughter, husband and another family (3 people) stayed at this apartment, and it was awesome! We had a fantastic time. The place is spacious, clean and steps from the beach. The pools at the complex were great. We were close to the Wyndham resort, so we went to dinner there once. A great stay! I would highly recommend it.

Good but not great

The condo itself was clean and what was expected. The grounds for the condo are great - the pools are lovely, the beach is full sand and really great. Visiting in January was wonderful as it was not crowded at all. The condo was a good size for the four of us (2 parents, 2 adult children). The kitchen was disappointing in terms of the pots/pans/dishes/towels, etc. We book a condo so I can cook for the family (we have lots of food issues so need a kitchen rather than going out). There was one kitchen towel and not nearly enough in the kitchen to make cooking easy. And, there is not an oven! There is a microwave that doubles as a convection oven which is not at all the same as having an oven. The listing stated there was an oven. Additionally, I reached out to the owner on our check-in day with questions on how to use a few things in the condo and how to use the microwave and did not hear back for 4 days. Considering we were only staying for 7 days I felt this was way too long to receive a response. I recommend staying at this location and if the kitchen is not a big deal for you, then this specific condo could work for you.

Great Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and beach, though the ocean was a bigger hit with the kids as pools were slightly chilly. The location was perfect for exploring El Yunque, Luquillo, and Old San Juan. Thank you!

Great beachfront location

The property was excellent. Pics are accurate, and the ocean views and access were great. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided, so we could easily spend a a few hours on the sand. The building itself is a bit dated with loud AC, and elevator being out, but the condo is nicely updated and things like the washer/dryer and parking really made things user friendly. Steps from the Wyndham resort, although the food was better off property. Les took care of issues quickly and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Caribbean Paradise

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Vrbo rental, and our experience exceeded all of our expectations. The unit offered breathtaking ocean and pool views that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to explore a variety of activities, restaurants, and attractions nearby as well as the conveniece of going to the supermarket. The rental went above and beyond in providing extra amenities. From beach gear to kitchen essentials; everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was readily available. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, this Vrbo rental provided an exceptional vacation experience. The host was very kind and accommodated our one special request. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-appointed place to stay with stunning views. Great location right on the beach

We had a great week at this condo! Clean and comfortable inside and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed being right on the beach and coming to and from the pools. We also used the Wyndham resort amenities, especially the restaurants for mid-day cold drink and for dinner. Wyndham resort even let us use there pool when we asked at the towel desk. Great place to stay for our family trip!

Stunning Beach View & Perfect Location

Can’t say enough about staying in this condo, was super clean, had everything our family of 5 needed. I appreciate the extras such as cooler, beach chairs, towels that helped explore the area. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy San Juan, Yunque and local beaches. We grabbed on the go breakfast from Rico Pan Bakery down the road and enjoyed lunch/dinner at Luquillo kiosks. Loved waking up to watch the waves as I was having my coffee. Checkin/out was such a breeze and Les was prompt in responding to my inquiries.

My wife said I did a great job. Enough said.

I booked this trip for my wife and three kids for her 40th birthday. We have 10, 7, and 4 year olds. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Having the washer and dryer, covered parking, beach towels, ample beach chairs, and coolers was excellent. The pools and beach were virtually empty everyday giving a wonderful feeling of intimacy. We were able to walk over to the resort and use their pool which my kids loved at times as well as they found other children to play with and the water slide. We found the food at the resort to be very overrated but the drinks were great. I would advise anyone staying and buying groceries to do research and go out of your way to find a good grocery store. We went to Amigo and Ralph's and found both lacking, particularly for fresh fruit. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come again. My kids made awesome core memories.

Incredible spot!

Beautiful and spacious two bedroom unit. Amazing ocean views, well equipped kitchen, and beach chairs and umbrella available. This was our second stay in the villas, first in this unit, and we would love to return!
