Fullt luftkonditionerade ettrumslägenhet; rymmer upp till två vuxna och två barn. Vår stranden bostadsrätt ligger på sjätte våningen med golv till tak skjutbara glasdörrar i både vardagsrummet och sovrummet med utsikt över den vackra blågröna havet och den rena sandstranden i Isla Verde Puerto Rico. Luta sig tillbaka, låt den varma havsbrisen koppla dig.

Stranden är 30 meters avstånd från byggnaden. Temperaturen är 85 grader dagligen. I närheten finns berg, regnskogar, kristallklara stränder och allt du vill ha på en tropisk ö.

Vår lägenhet i Isla Verde ligger centralt och nära till allt. El San Juan hotell är en fem minuters promenad och har 3 restauranger och flera nattklubbar. Partiet är ofta på stranden och bra för människor tittar på och salsa. El San Juan och InterContinental Hotels har kasinon i gångavstånd. Om du vill elegant underhållning och restauranger, den "Vatten Club hotel" är nästa dörr.

Tillbringa dagen vid poolen eller koppla av vid stranden. Vare sig du letar efter en weekendresa eller en paus från vädret, är detta ett utmärkt läge med bra faciliteter.

Stora hotell, kasinon, fina restauranger och stora snabbmatsrestauranger finns inom gångavstånd. Det finns två 24-timmars restauranger ett kvarter bort, en 24-timmars CVS / Walgreens, en 24-timmars stormarknad och bankomater, alla inom ett block. Old San Juan är tio minuter bort och har historiska sevärdheter, traditionell arkitektur och många restauranger val. Condado, 10 minuter bort, har upp-skala shopping och stora hotell. Du kan ta stadsbussen till 75 cent, hyra en bil eller ta en snabb cab ride (10min)

Säkerhetsvakt är i tjänst på natten och på helgerna. Stranden ligger utanför dörren i lägenheten. Det finns tre restauranger på en lägre nivå av byggnaden. Denna lägenhet är perfekt för familjer, smekmånad, och affärsresenärer som vill koppla av och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över Isla Verde stränder.

Long weekend in SJ

The location of the property is great, right across the beach and 10-15 min from SJ by car. The apartment was clean. The apartment is not how it shows in the pictures. It is quite old and somewhat run down. The second bed is a sofa bed which is completely fine but needs to be mentioned. The apartment needs renovations.

A Slice of Paradise on Isle of Verde!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO location on Isle of Verde, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the beach. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise each morning was a magical experience, and the sunsets were equally mesmerizing—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.The property itself is not only beautiful but also located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, which made us feel right at home. We loved being able to stroll along the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere.What truly stood out was the responsiveness of the owner. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo we stayed it was horrible

The condo we stayed. It was horrible. It was nasty. They told me we were gonna have an ocean front view. There was no type of ocean front view that was given after I pay for it. They gave me a very hard time to give me my money back so I didn’t have no choice to stay in that place that it was so infected

Misleading information

Listed as a 2 bedroom, it was a 1 bedroom with pull out sofa in living room. That is a big problem for 2 female friends. Would not have stayed there had we known this. Information of surrounding area needs to be updated . Location was great, staff was friendly.

Property is conveniently located on the beach and a block away from restaurants; shops; and conveniences. Building is secure. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!

Great Beach Condo!

This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!

My wife and I rented here for a week in January. The location is great, you are close to a ton of restaurants and bars. It’s very easy to catch a ride to Old San Juan and it’s only about 15mins away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Laundry is on the floor if you need to wash anything. The check in process was very easy and security in the lobby was very helpful.

Overall good experience

The property is older, but everything functions well. It was very clean when we arrived, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, and toys. The location is fantastic—right in front of the beach and within walking distance of pharmacies, a mini-market, and restaurants.During our stay, there was a power outage on the island, but the host quickly sent us a message with instructions on how to connect a long cord to a common outlet in the hallway to use the building’s generator to charge phones and other devices, which was very helpful.Overall, the experience was great, but I’d like to mention a few downsides: 1) Parking can be difficult, but it gets easier around 5-6 PM when most beachgoers leave. 2) The showerhead could be replaced. There's good water pressure, but the spray direction is awkward—it seems to aim in every direction except towards your body. It’s hard to explain. 3) The air conditioner works but is quite noisy. We didn't have trouble sleeping, but it could be an issue for some people. 4) I suggest the property manager review the laundry machine instructions. I struggled to figure out that I could recharge the card at a machine in the lobby. Also, the price listed is outdated; it now costs 7.00 per load (washer dryer).

Location-location-location!!!

The location is ideal! 2 minute walk from the beach. 2 minute walk from the pharmacy that is almost a mini market! Many restaurants within walking distance. Condo had all basics covered. Nothing fancy mind you, just the basics. I wouldn't say the condo/apartment was run down, but i wouldn't say it was super nice either. My wife was very upset with the shower. She claimed the shower head was the very worst shower of her life. She make me promise I would add that to my review, so there it is. We rented a car, which was probably a mistake as there is not assigned parking for the car and the chances of getting a spot on the street in front of the Condo are minimal. Parking was around $30 -$40/day, so keep that in mind. I liked the trip and the scenery. It was a positive experience in my opinion.

Short trip for a few days

I needed nothing fancy and that is what I got. Location is close to the beach but the building is run down and shabby looking - could use some repairs and a paint job on the exterior. The neighborhood is walkable and I felt safe but I am a savvy NYer so at times it felt like being in The Bronx. The apartment is small but neat but the industrial gate on the apartment door suggests there might be some breakins happening in the building. I had to request a mattress topper for the hard as cardboard bed and gratefully the management company replaced it quickly with no problem at all. Next guests you will thank me 😉 - not sure how anyone slept there. Pullout couch was initially more comfortable than the bed but it wasn't good either so my sister wound up sleeping with me - luckily we didn't have more people with us 🙃. Overall it was just ok so I would not rent this place again.

Great apartment.
