Vackra och mysiga två sovrum lägenhet med havsutsikt

Detta är en lägenhet med två sovrum, ett badrum, ett utrustat kök med balkong mot Ashford Avenue med havsutsikt. Den platsen kan inte vara bättre nära till allt och över det enda femstjärniga hotellet Vanderbilt. Det är fullt möbler med mycket naturligt ljus. Det är det bästa valet för plats och värde.

Lägenheten ligger i turistområdet Condado vid Ashford Avenue. Det finns inget behov av bil eftersom de flesta attraktioner ligger inom gångavstånd, inklusive flera stränder, ett stort utbud av restauranger, kaféer, barer, kasinon, högdesigners detaljhandlare, dagligvaruaffärer, vattensporter, drogbutiker och sjukhus. Det finns en busshållplats framför byggnaden, vilket gör det enkelt att komma till Old San Juan om fem till tio minuter. Närliggande hotell erbjuder alla typer av utflykter, inklusive utflykter till regnskogen, bio phosphorescent Bay, zip linje och många andra. Placeringen av lägenheten är bekväm för lätt och närliggande pickup och drop platser som ligger inom gångavstånd.

Lägenheten har två queen size-sängar, en i varje sovrum, som rymmer upp till fyra personer, två i varje säng. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som kan ordnas på begäran. Det finns ett matbord och en smart TV med Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, YouTube och andra. Det finns ett trådlöst internet med 40 Megs nedladdning och 4 Megs uppladdning. Köket är fullt utrustat med rostfria stillbehör, inklusive ett komplett kylskåp, spis, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare och andra som visas i bekvämligheterna. Badrummet är vackert och modernt. Det finns två bord på balkongen för att njuta av utsikten och njuta av en kaffe på morgonen eller en cocktail på eftermiddagen.

Det finns en myntvätska i byggnaden. Lägenheten har hiss och en vacker pool. Alla områden är säkrade med 24/7 säkerhetskameror. Amazing Location

The unit is very functional and cozy. The location is amazing with incredible dining places all around. We used the parking one day. It is tight and I do not recommend large vehicles, but it is great to have a parking spot in this location.

Perfect location & excellent host

This location is close to beaches, shopping & old San Juan, and the unit was a perfect size for our small family group. The host was amazing and responsive. The building had some sort of electric problem during our stay and the host worked immediately to make sure the impact to us was minimal. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to travel to Puerto Rico in the future!

Buena ubicacion

La situación del apartamento es estupenda, al lado de los hoteles y playas e Condado. Como punto de mejora, tanto al edificio (ventanas, terraza) como al mobiliario le vendría muy bien una renovación. La calle es ruidosa, por el paso de vehículos con la música a tope, pero eso no es cuestión del alojamiento en sí!

Excellent location

Our family (2 adults & 2 boys) really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was compact but comfortable and clean. Fully stocked, our husband and I even cooked dinner a couple of times and they also provided shampoo and conditioner, and towels for use. The location is great, 5min walk to Playita de Condado in one direction and 5min walk to Condado beach and lots of restaurants on the opposite direction. Do note, as expected Saturday night you can hear some of the party scene at the condo, party goers walking on the side walk and cars driving with loud music. Sunday and Monday night, the noise level was more of what’s expected in city living. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for Ironman race

Unfortunately the race was cancelled But location was great. Very nice pool area on the lagoon side. Ray was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

New Years in the Condado

We didn’t know what to expect with the condo but we were pleased with the outcome. The condo was clean, cozy, and right in the heart of the Condado. The best part with the beach literally across the street, shops and places to eat all within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night. My only complaint was the lack of clean sheets and towels changed daily, otherwise it was a good place for a good price.

Great location

Had a great stay in this nice condo in a great location. Very close to Old San Juan and vicinity. Walking distance to all Condado attractions. Very secure, pool and private parking is a plus. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations there are plenty nearby but you will pay three times as much. Can't beat the price for a two bedroom condo in this location.

Fantastic apartment and location

We loved this apartment and the location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was smaller than the pictures looked but still great place. Ray didn’t bother us but let us know via email that if we needed him he would be available. The apartment was supplied with everything you needed even cooking oil, shaving cream, sun screen. Balcony was ok very small but nice to have one. We did loose 1 set of keys and knew we were going to have to pay for them. I would definitely stay there again.

Well Supplied

The condo was well supplied with towels, dishes staples in the kitchen, etc. We experienced a little problem with small red bugs that looked like ants. Not a lot but some were seen. The beds were very comfortable, and inside the condo was very clean. The balcony was a bit grimy; could have used a paint job. The outside hallways were well kept although the elevator had a slight odor at time. The pool was clean and skimmed regularly. The owner was responsive to our concerns and that was greatly appreciated. There were lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. The owner included information about stores, restaurants etc in the packet he sent and the information was very helpful. The beach was conveniently located as was a lovely park. We tried several of the restaurants in the area and were pleased with the service as well as the food. Staff at the various places we went were friendly and helpful in terms of sharing information about places to see in the San Juan area. I would recommend this property as a reasonably priced alternative to an expensive hotel.

It was less than I expected, but it was comfortable. The view was ok but limited.

The view to the back was tropical. ...with the pool and a water inlet. The kitchen was small but functional, we had no hot water to sink to sanitizer the dishes we washed. Everything around the area was close and nice restaurants, bars, beach ,casino, but we went for a wedding and all family was 7 kilometers away. Overall the stay was pleasant.

I would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a great location with excellent access to the beach and lagoon. We had a rental car and were able to park free onsite. The building was quite secure. We had a few minor issues with the owner but they were resolved within a day. WiFi and cable/TV connectivity was excellent. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. I must comment on the quality of the beds and bedding/pillows. It was hard to get out of bed! Air conditioning worked well and created just the white noise to drown out the street sounds. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Great place to stay! As I said, we would stay again!!
