Loved it, only thing is we didn’t understand how to get in as easily as we’d liked however we loved everything about this house. Can’t wait to be back.

I chose Case Sevilla over other branded hotels because of the convenience and "exotic" -ness of a boutique hotel. However, I've experienced various inconveniences that are noteworthy: 1) no consistent hot water, often switch from hot to cold; 2) limited towel supply, which bothers me when there's so much water activities/tours in PR; 3) no access to the common area; 4) limited hotel service vs. chain hotel (only one line and sometimes unavailable).

Great location
Our stay was good. The host is very nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was not too impressive. Staff is excellent. Facility is excellent. Room was very comfortable. Patio was very well furnished.

Mixed bag hotel.
Small house converted to seven rooms. Very narrow stairway. Hard to do with luggage. AC was poor. Safe location but not a lot to do. Place is like a bed and breakfast, but no owners are there. Just a couple of workers that I rarely saw. Good breakfast.

Thanks for taking time to reviewing your stay! We are sorry you didn't have the best experience at the Casa; we look forward to a future opportunity. Next time, make sure to book one of the suites at the ground floor. House description specifies there is a stairway to all Suites from the third one to the Penthouse. Regarding the A/C, we are sorry to read it was poor during your stay. It seems strange, since we perform A/C maintenance every other week. Next time, please do not hesitate to contact any of our staff members. They are on premises Monday to Sunday 8am- 4pm, and are available online and on the phone 24/7. Staff members are also super willing to help you decide on what to do around in the area of Condado. Next time you can also take a look into the Activities section at the binder you received when you checked in. We are happy to read you liked the breakfast! We just upgrade it, and it will be way better when you come next time. Hugs.

The decor was charming and unique. Our main floor suite had its own entrance and a quiet patio. The neighbourhood had many good restaurants and useful shops. Our room was next to the tile floored breakfast room where the metal chair legs made loud and iritating noises. We this this could be easily and cheaply solved by those felt pads that stick to the legs and eliminate scraping sounds. Otherwise all was very friendly, pleasant, clean and extremely helpful re San Juan. Also, there is a large clean beach 2 blocks away.

Loved the wraparound terrace on the penthouse. Staff was helpful although had some trouble with English. Breakfast was continental and wasn't served until 9 am so we didn't have a chance to take advantage of it. Getting heavy luggage up and down stairs was challenging. Shower was either very hot or ice cold and kept changing. Nice neighborhood. Room was very large and pretty.

This was an exceptional place to stay, it was the last evening of our trip and it was a perfect spot to land. We walked a couple blocks to what was the best meal of our trip at Cocina Abierto and we wouldn't have known about that if it weren't for the hotel. They are very sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the overall atmosphere of the place was wonderful. Can't recommend enough! Would definitely stay here again :)

Pretty bed and breakfast with unique individual rooms. Generally quiet. Close walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but the local beach is not really suitable for swimming. Nice roof-top area for after dark, but need to climb steps to get to it. As a plus, our room had a nice outdoor sitting area. As a minus, our room had no window to the outside for ventilation and the door, which led to an enclosed outdoor area, had no screens; insects ate me alive.

Great place to stay with attentive and welcoming staff. Cozy rooms with a private balcony, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Plenty of seating areas throughout the house and a roof top lounge space as well. They offer a light breakfast from 9-11AM with juice, coffee and tea, toast, bagels, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cheese, charcuterie. No warm options are served but you have a communal kitchen available if you prefer to make your own. They also have beach towels, mosquito repellent, sunscreen available in case you need it. My one recommendation to the staff would be to set expectations regarding the parking situation with your guests ahead of time on your welcome email. It is street parking or they offer a voucher at a parking lot nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and it’s just a couple of blocks from the beach. Fantastic location! We will add to our list of lodging in the area for future visits.

One of the best places I have stayed in. What we received was more than expected. The staff was lovely and it was located closely to everything. The beach was minutes of a walk. I highly recommend this little bed and breakfast

The property reminds me of an enchanted cottage, it is bright, cheeful tropical and relaxing all at the same time. An extra bonus, walking distance to the fabulous beach. Victoria are hostess is beautiful inside and out I highly recommend staying at this property when you visit San Juan, P.R.

We loved that we had a private patio and access to a roof top patio. So nice to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy dinner! We love the brightness of house, the decor and the breakfast area where we could make toast or have cereal. Coffee was already made for us in the morning as well as fruit and preserves were already laid out for guests to enjoy. The location is excellent and in a nice area. Short walk to restaurants, drug stores and the ocean. Very nice place!! The owner and staff member Kait were lovely and awesome to chat with!! We will be back!!
