Great location, great apartment
We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and it had all we needed. Having the parking space was a huge bonus because street parking in this part of the city is not too abundant. The walk to the beach and to loads of restaurants was quick and felt safe. Rip currents at the closest beach meant that it wasn't safe to do more than wade, but there was another one that faced an inlet at about a 10 minute walk. The AC units in the bedrooms were adequate, and if you need the common area to be cooler I recommend setting the provided standup fans such that they move the cool air around. The master shower was good but the secondary one could use a new shower head, as the current one has a messed up piece that's decreasing the pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, so we cooked in a couple times after buying food from Walmart and Walgreens. There are a number of keys to figure out, so make sure you read the owner's instructions and look at their pictures! The elevator did not seem to be operating when we visited, though maybe we misunderstood how to get it going. There is some street noise, but I only noticed it when I was not in the rooms with air conditioning running (which is to say that the AC noise overpowered the street noise). I would gladly stay here again. My family of 5 (youngest age 12) were all happy.

Would stay again
Nice location, clean, street/off site parking pretty good, accurate description, fairly easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores on the area. We went swimming at the small beach that was about a 5 minute walk and saw a Manatee. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available to use. Got stuck in elevator due to city wide power outage and response time was great. Big thank you to the cleaning person who called right away and called to follow up after a few minutes to make sure they were on the way!

Great place in great location
We had a very good stay at this apartment. It’s in a great location and everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. Although we didn’t have any problems for which we needed to contact the owners, they were very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I definitely recommend it for a group of four to six adults.

Great San Juan (Candado) location!
For a 3 night stay before our cruise, this was an excellent property in an amazing location! - Check-in and access were as-described in the correspondance; - the apartment was spacious, clean and functional, easy to live in for the duration of our stay; - Beach, shopping and food & drink where all steps away, and the provided towels / beach chairs / etc were very much appreciated! - Owners were respectful but attentive (inquired after a third-party notification that the assigned parking spot was being disrespected); - A/C in each bedroom and fans in living room made for comfortable evenings and sleeps, on very adequate beds in all 3 rooms; - bathrooms could use a refresh and the water pressure was a bit underwhelming, but still serviceable; - kitchen was kitted out well and very functional. We would absolutely consider a return stay!

Nice condo great location!
Property was clean, spacious, and came with everything we needed. The location was perfect and we could walk to the beach and restaurants or take Uber to Old San Juan. Very close to airport . We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location and very clean
I stayed with my adult son and daughter and my 6 year old grandson. They was plenty of room and plenty to do for all of us outside of the condo. House was very clean and check in instructions were easy to understand. Location was great! Lots of restaurants, stores and beaches within walking distance. My only recommendation for the owners is to provide more oven pans, pot holders and boards games.

Clean, spacious, central location, near nice beach
The place is spacious, clean, and safe. It’s equipped with everything you need and more. The owner is very responsive and nice. The location is great. It’s in walking distance with many restaurants, casino, spa, and very nice/clean beach and lagoon. It’s only about 10 minutes drive to Old San Juan. Unfortunately, there are some negatives too. It is very noisy from music and cars even past midnight from the streets. There’s loud noise during the day from construction nearby too. So not good for light sleepers. The elevator was broken during most of our stay. The beds are firm. So if you are not used to firm mattress, it may be uncomfortable.

Our stay here was nice. The property was just like it was pictured. We were met by someone who gave us the tour and suggestions for the beach near by. It was very quiet at night for good sleep and the space was well kept. I would stay again next time!

Clean location, felt safe. Everything was as described. Only qualm -property manager came to have washing machine repaired during the middle of our stay with same day notification. My issues - Didn’t know washing machine was broken, 24 hour notice better (ideally after we checked out), and wasn’t timely (supposed to be done in AM, repair main still there in afternoon).

Great location in Condado
I had the opportunity to stay for few days in PR for a family event. The apartment was cosy, clean and with everything I need for my stay with my family. Everything is at walking distance! pharmacy, restaurants, shopping and beach. Having an assigned parking was a plus! Loved the stay!!

Great location
The place is nice. It’s big, which was great for our family. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner did not get cold in one of the rooms. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend.

Happy Guy
The first impression of the area was sketchy, and not what I'm used to. However the next day, the family was settled in and as we explored the area, we were pleasantly surprised. The washer and dryer took a moment to figure out, but after that, smooth sailing. The apparently is very close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the stay minus a few issues

Great location
The location is incredible. Right next to everything in the Condado neighborhood. Air conditioners in every bedroom work well, which is a must in the summer. Very communicative hosts, easy to reach. Coffee maker and dryer were not working though. There were no toiletries (as advertised), very little toilet paper, and they had pepper but no salt. It would be great if a few basic toiletries could be provided until guests can go to the store. And a working coffee maker is a must.

Awesome stay!
Process was easy to check in and out. Location was perfect as we wanted to be kind of centralized to all the places we planned to visit. We were a 6 minute walk from Condado beach which was amazing and close to a lot of restaurants and little shops. We definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Fun Times!
We stayed for a few nights here at it was the perfect location. The apartment was clean. It was great to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. This place is walking distance to food, museums and beaches. It's also a good launch pad for placed like the El Yunque National Rain Forest. We ended up walking to Old San Juan twice! The pocket beach before the bridge headed towards Old San Juan is a great little swimming beach. Great for kids. At high tide you can snorkel the reef off to the right. On one of our walks we saw three manatees! The only issue was had was with the lock box. But eventually we got the hang of it! Thank you!

Excellent property in great location
This property was perfect for me, my wife, and our 2 daughters. Near the Laguna del Condado and 2 blocks from Ashford Avenue, many restaurants, and just a couple miles from Old San Juan. We rented a car and had a parking space under the condo - drove to the rainforest and hiked, which was incredible. Initial check-in was a little tricky (multiple locks and keys), but once in and figured out, all was good for the rest of the stay. The host was very accessible and helped with anything we needed (i.e., check-in). There is some construction going on in the back, but that's going on everywhere in Condado and the impact was minimal. Highly recommend.

Great stay
Very spacious and well located to explore San Juan. We were able to easily enjoy the nearby beach, or Uber to Old San Juan, and enjoy the many restaurants nearby in the evening. Also, the on site parking made it easy to rent a car for a few days and explore outside San Juan.

Nice digs in perfect location
Since we don’t care for the hotel experience and travel enough to know what we want, we rarely miss the mark (by much) when selecting accommodations. With this flat in Condado, we got just we we wanted: a centrally-located, secure, tidy and comfortable home-base for four adults. We got a short walk to several beaches and the main shopping/dining/partying drag, Ashford Ave., in one direction and a short walk in the other to a lovely park with boating/SUP-ing on Laguna del Condado. And it comes with a designated off-street parking spot! If it weren’t for the out-of-service washing machine, we’d have no complaints, and that one was easily remedied with a round of perfect piña colada’s at the local laundry.

Would Stay Again
Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property (we didn't want to leave). It was spacious, clean and in hot & sunny Puerto Rico it was very cool. The communication with Rob & Lali was great and I quickly got responses to all my inquiries prior to booking. The beds were comfortable, every room had an air conditioner and the extra bathroom was a bonus. Although PR can get dark at night, we felt safe. The neighborhood was a convenient location with many great restaurants and sites within walking distance OR a quick (and cheap) uber ride to something further. When I return to PR, I would definitely check availability here first.

Great location / space
We loved staying at this property! We were traveling to PR for a conference (+3.5 days of vacation after) and this Condado space was very walkable with restaurants / bar / coffee / beach nearby. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, AC in every room, elevator, patio and spacious kitchen and living room. They also had a closet with various supplies - beach chairs, snorkels, fins, games, sun screen, etc -- which we utilized. Private parking space as well which was great when we decided to rent a car, great communication with owner. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

My son and his 2 groomsmen stayed in this wonderful apt while finalizing wedding arrangements and having a little bachelor fun. During their stay, hurricane Fiona hit the island and we were in constant communication with Rob about updates and status. There was loss of water and power but the apt was equipped with candles and flashlights and gallons of water in closet and were able to get by without a hitch. Airports were closed and again, we were in communication with Rob throughout about check out and need for extra night. He was really attentive, caring and responsive. I will be referring family and friends to stay at his wonderful place.

Comfortable spot close to everything!
This trip was supposed to be a group trip that fell apart. I ended up being there alone!! But it was a well deserved solo trip for me. I visit PR every year, this time I chose to be closer to the condado area and it was a good choice. This condo is walking distance to so many places to eat and drink and places to chill and party! It's walking distance to cvs and walgreens and like a 15 min drive to old sanjuan, Walmart. The beach is close too and thats the biggest plus. The condo is spacious, the rooms were clean, the bed for me since I was alone I tested all the mattresses and they were ok, kind of hard for me. It has 2 full bathrooms and that would come in handy for big groups. I can tell their working on the kitchen but you can use it. The patio is tiny but do-able to have your cup of coffee. The surrounding area is currently going through some changes so you'll hear the drilling going on but it's not that bad. So overall I would recommend this place because of its location and safety because for the most part I did feel safe. But nevertheless you have to be careful every where you go!! So it was relaxing for me and comfortable!!

Great location for beach and places to eat. The apartment had a rusted washing machine a dryer that didn’t work. A broken tile a remote that didn’t work when parking. Construction on the outside of the building while there and wasn’t given advance notice. For the amount I paid not worth it.

So sorry to hear about the issues you had, definitely would have addressed those if given an opportunity. The washer and dryer are working not sure what happened during your stay. The tile is glued. The gate needed to be serviced and it's working fine now. We have service agreements in place and they usually have a tech come out within a day or two. As far as construction, we've had a note in our description for some time now. Overall Great Place to Stay
Our group enjoyed our week in the heart of Condado. While we were within walking distance of great restaurants, we did have to drive to the beach, as it was more than a few steps away, and we found parking and traffic challenging. The condo was clean and ACs in the bedrooms made for comfortable sleeping. The owners provided beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels which were nice added amenity. We did use the kitchen quite a bit and found mostly everything we needed available. I would suggest adding a few baking pans. We had to get creative with foil when using the oven due to no pans that we could find. One thing to note that we found limiting for our group was only having one set of keys, one gate opener, and one very small parking space. You couldn't really split up and do our own thing. It was very safe but would've been nice to have another set of both. Overall great place to stay close to the airport, fantastic restaurants, beautiful beaches, and plenty of nearby excursions.

Thanks for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Just to clarify, the beach is just steps away accessible through La Ventana al Mar park, just behind La Concha Hotel, 3-5 mins. There's also a nice beach next to the Condado Plaza which you can also walk to 10-15mins. You can also use the new San Juan Ruta 5 shuttles for free that can pick you up in front of La Concha and drop you off in from of Condado Plaza. Of course there's plenty of coastline to explore so you are welcome to use your rental to reach the many beautiful beaches PR has to offer. Also, if your group wants to split, we have a lockbox for your convenience, instructions are provided upon check-in. The last one to leave places the keys in the lockbox for the first ones to return. Great location
The location is very convenient to the beach and any kind of food you would like. Very walkable. We texted the property manager when we arrived and she was on site. However, entry to the property was very awkward due to the neighboring kayak shop workers making it very awkward for us when we arrived and were trying to access the property. Eventually the property manager yelled down to the street from the 3rd floor window to tell us how to enter the building. The property was clean and convenient. It also would have been nice if the property manager would have had the fans on prior to our arrival as it took several hours to get the apt to a somewhat comfortable temperature. The owners were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. On a side note, most people travel to PR by plane, and it would have been nice to have some essential paper products in the apt as well.

This provides guidance whether you are self-checking in or our property manager waits for you. We also added the information and pictures to the welcoming guide provided through this site with step numbers so that you guys can follow them. We'll be sure to take into consideration your suggestions about the fans as well, not sure what paper products you are referring to but there's always plenty of bathroom supplies stored under the sinks. Great Location
Apartment is in a great neighborhood. 5 min walk to beach. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Only 10-15 Uber ride to Old San Juan. Apartment was spacious and clean and good security. Towels and chairs provided for the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome. There is construction going on next door and there is a early rising rooster that you'll hear in the morning :)

There are tons of things to do, whether you like to do water sports in the beach or lagoon, shopping, dining, dancing or just chill under sun! As far as the noise, yes, we updated our listing description because of the construction happening around the block affects all nearby buildings including ours. Convenient Location
We chose this rental because of its location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was perfect for that. The apartment needs some updating, for the price I can deal with old stuff. We had a rental vehicle but we really didn’t need it, Uber works great in San Juan. Next time we will only get a rental vehicle for a day to go to other parts of PR.

We also agree that if you are just going to stay local to the San Juan area, you don't need to rent a car, there's a free shuttle to San Juan, also, Uber and Taxis are readily available at an affordable price. Condado PR stay
We loved this location.... everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance. It was added convenience for us to have a secured parking spot at the house.. The location is very safe. I would definitely recommend this house. They had chairs and beach equipment for us to use which we also thought was a nice amenity.

Good price, great location
Can’t really beat the price for a 3 bedroom in that location. Best for a low maintenance group. The communal rooms (kitchen and living room) can get hot but the bedrooms have AC. Some minor things would improve the place like better decor, a set of wine glasses and an extra set of keys. The host was really easy to communicate with and responsive.

Thanks Julia for choosing our place for your vacation! We provide fans for the kitchen and living room areas, if you open up the windows and doors there's always a good breeze from the ocean. For the convenience of our guests, we added more wine glasses. Also, we have a keyless entry at our front door, any large group can use our lockbox to leave the keys for the building gate there. Stay here! You will not regret it!
My mother, brother, and my vacation plans in Aug had to be cancelled last minute and this trip was to make up for it. The trip was amazing and a big part of it was our VRBO stay. The place is just as it looks in the pictures, it has everything you need and then some, and it was very clean! My mom even made the comment she doesn't like to be barefoot it strange places but she said she didn't feel that way here because it not only looks clean but smells clean. It is true the main living area does not have AC but it was not a real problem for us this time of the year. We opened the windows in the front, the windows and doors in the back, and they have 2 big fans to help great a nice breeze. The bedrooms do all have AC, so no need to sweat at night and was a nice escape when you wanted to cool off. It is in the location you want to be in. It is close to everything and in less than 2 blocks and 5 minutes you are on one of the nicest beaches in San Juan. They were able to accommodate our request for early check-in as well as late check-out. Communication with the owners and property manager were responded to very quickly and even though we had no issues with the place during our stay, I am confident it would have been taken care of immediately. We were all impressed with this VRBO listing. I have been to San Juan many times but this will now be my go to place to stay. The only bad thing is giving such a good review might cause it to book up a lot and limit my opportunity to stay here again. lol Like my title says, stay here you will not regret it!

Plenty of Space!
This was a great rental for girls on the go! We each had our own space which was great. The washer/dryer was very handy after a day at the beach, and house had extra towels and beach chairs. Only downfalls we’re the potholes near the parking and street flooding at high tide. Overall a great experience!
