Change your Latitude ~ Studio~ Only Steps from the beach/ocean

  • Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
    There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

This studio was absolutely PERFECT for my hubby and I. We spent our honeymoon at this place and although it’s a studio it was perfect size and perfect location! Highly recommend for a couple or even two!!! Very spacious

This was the cutest little place and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. The beach was just across the street with a much calmer beach just around the corner. We walked to town in the evenings and the Kioskos were a very short drive away. We will remember it as one of our favorite vacation stays!

This is literally on the beach side. It's steps from the ocean.everything you can imagine for the beach, even a bag provided and clean. Lots of room in our studio and great AC. Low noise, peaceful. A book full of recommendations. I can't recommend enough. So perfect and I don't know how we lucked out with this one.

This place has it all!

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s convenient, close to great restaurants, bakery, grocery store, laundromat and Beautiful Beaches! It had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Love this place.

Well located, close to downtown Luquillo and close to many points of interest, very well equipped for the beach and more, definitely will recommend.

The property was hard to find and the doors were not clearly marked. We got in late due to our flight. We had a hard time finding it and then when we did we were given the wrong lock box code for the key. Thankfully the owner answered and gave us directions on which room was ours and the correct code to get in. We almost got locked out over night. The views were beautiful and the room was clean she was very helpful..Suggestions: clearly label the rooms to the reservation spaces and some sort of address or sign from the street.

Perfect Little Spot in Luquillo

We stayed for 3 nights in this sweet little spot right on the beach. Clean, quiet, and close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Communication and check in were easy.

I could have hit the ocean with a baseball from the porch if I wanted. It was an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It was exactly what we were looking for, sorta quiet sorta not, entirely authentic.
