A perfect place for me to stay while working in PR. I was close to my client and the beach. I'd take breaks from calls and sit on the beach, even if I had only 30 minutes. The unit was clean and conveniently located. I, also, felt very safe - important when traveling along. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great grocery story 7 minute walk away. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts responsive and easy to work with.

This place is a gem!!!! The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need during your stay.It is steps away from the most beautiful beach and beach chairs and towels are provided. Most excursions and activities were a short Uber ride from the apartment. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe in this area. Unfortunately, the water was off area wide during the first part of my stay, but my host Milly went out of her way to provide me with drinking water and water to use. She was attentive and communicated daily to make sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend this property for your stay in Puerto Rico!

The apartment was true to its description- clean, organized and close to the beach. There were problems with the municipal water supply. We were without water 2nights during our stay. The owners dealt with it as best they could.

Location location location

The property was well centralized, clean, and convenient in San Juan. We rented a car and we’re able to park within the gated community and the condo is private access. The location is close to the beach, casinos, restaurants, and night life. Great place for a getaway!

Great location!

This cute apartment is located right in the middle of an area away from the hecticness but still close enough to all the action. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and everything further is just a short uber ride. Best part is the proximity to the beach! The hosts were very polite and even when there was a small inconvenience they reached out and made sure we were taken care of. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying a long weekend!
