The staff was friendly and welcoming and didn’t bother us for small matters. They let us enjoy our vacation while providing excellent service. I would highly recommend. And if you like coffee grab a latte and find Fernando for the info

Property location was perfect. The beach and balcony view were amazing. Service was overall good. I did feel the food was okay and the drinks were not worth the money. Overall great stay though.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Front desk staff was uneven. There is a “glitch” that allows Uber to charge $65 for a 5-min drive to the airport, so beware. Some front desk were willing to help with that. Sirena is a beautiful restaurant, I just wish there were more options there or in the area. But the important stuff—the pool and beachfront area is perfect. My 3 year old was happy to spend hours in the shallow pool with the boogie board. The beach is RIGHT THERE and the water is amazing. A bit too strong to let her go in by herself, but still amazing.

This beach is beautiful and safe. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and other amazing spots. The staff for the most part are courteous, warm, and pleasant, especially the housekeeping staff.

We got there early in the morning (6am) and they were able to do early check in and it was perfect because we had two small children! Loved everything about this place and everyone was very friendly!

Resort was nice. Staff were exceptionally friendly as were the locals. The pool area had plenty of seating (sun & shaded areas). Having the beach steps from the patio & pool area was very convenient. Food was great but wish they had more options on the menu, especially for dinner. Casino was fun. The rooms are small and had a musty smell but overall very clean.

Nice place. Spacious rooms. Dated hallways and buildings. Common area bathrooms were not taken care of as well as we would’ve liked. Beach was nice, pool area was nice. Food at the pool took a long time to be delivered.

The bartenders, pool attendants and restaurants were excellent. Beach chair attendants were quite rude and prioritized people renting chairs for $25 over actual guests of the hotel spending thousands which was very disappointing.

Came here for our anniversary and they put us out a night early for no reason .And then refused a refund. They cheat in the casino and won’t give you your winnings. If you start winning too much they will tell you you have to leave. Do not recommend.

The “zero” alarm went off at 1am. We waited 45 mins passed our check in time to check in. No one called. I had to call 3 times to get updates. Trash everywhere outside. The room sheets had eyelash extensions- clearly they were not changed. It’s def over priced for as dirty and chaotic as it is.

was very nice. great outside area, very clean & beach area was wonderful. helpful staff on beach to set up chairs & umbrellas. few notes: nothing to do for young teens as they can’t drink yet and hotel needs ice cream! was looking for some quick treats afterwards but only in restaurant. their lil store closes by 8 so get some snacks which are expensive of course, beforehand as there are no vending machines in the floors. breakfast buffet was good but pricey as well.

I had a short stay … so, Being close to the airport is good … bad, was the waiter, security at the pool area! … I asked the bartender for a bucket of 5 Heinekens … came out to $50.00 … bartender said beers are not allowed in the pool, but you can enjoy them at your seat … two minutes later security confiscated the beers, saying beers are not allowed in the pool area … I demanded my beers back or my 50.00 back or please call the police! … because they could not communicate within themselves … the whole thing was totally unnecessary if they were all on the same page … none of my un satisfaction would have come to light.

The property was well kept. The staff was friendly but slow overall I it was a great location in the beach. Our air conditioner was on its last leg and barely had cool air. Sheets were rough and beds was very hard.

we needed a property convenient to the airport for our morning flight out of San Juan and this one fit the bill. The pool area, beach and staff were all nice. The rooms were very clean but could use a refresh, especially the bedding and the loud in-room AC units.
