Snabb in checkning trots att vi kom 02:30 på natten. Stort rymligt rum,rent och snyggt. Bra Mexikansk restaurant. 2 st fina poler.

Trevligt poolområde iallafall...
Ok, men inte mer än så tyckte vi. Rummen var små för en familj och kändes lite tråkiga och omoderna. Behöver fräschas upp lite. Ett plus i kanten var ändå poolområdet som var större och trevligare än förväntat. Låg på promenadavstånd till färjan till Culebra och Flamenco Beach, dock genom ett lite "ruffigt" område. Ok för en natt eller två.

Helt ok hotel med fina pooler och miljöer. Men tyvärr låg beläggning av rummen vilket gjorde att pool bar, vissa restauranger etc var stängda.

Bra service och stora ytor
Vi valde hotellet för att vara i närheten av El Yunque, som vi besökte under vår vistelse. Vi tillbringade också en dag vid Seven Seas beach, som tyvärr låg en bra bit från hotellet. Fajardo hade i övrigt inte jättemycket att bjuda på för en turist, mer än färjorna ut till öarna. Hotellet kändes nästan tomt (kanske för att det var så stort!), det var mycket plats vid poolen och på restaurangerna. Servicen var väldigt bra, vi fick kompetent och trevlig hjälp både med att boka bil, taxi, extra kuddar till rummet etc.

Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter till öarna. Familjevänligt.
Formellt sett det finaste hotellet på vår resa, men väldigt opersonligt och inte särskilt tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade 13 timmar mellan utcheckning och vår flight hem och frågade om det skulle finnas möjlighet att använda duschen på eftermiddagen innan vi åkte till flygplatsen. Inte en chans, trots att hotellet såg väldigt tomt ut och de både hade gym och poolområde, som inte någon tycktes utnyttja.

Think twice before reserving this hotel. Unfortunately I was not aware of the 250.00 hold fee( a bit high) for what we received. First of all, I wanted some ice, normally one would walk to the ice machine and fill up, to my surprise you're charged for ice as well as coffee if you wanted any. We had to drive to the Burger King for a cup of fresh coffee instead of using a machine with what I assume stale coffee. I wanted to make the best of this stay and decided to go to the pool, when I looked at it, it was filled with what looked like green and brown grime on the steps entering the pool, completely changed my mind in entering. It was disgusting to say the least, I did go and inform the front desk which went on deaf ears. Be aware this hotel is not central to anything, you will have to travel to the nearby Beach towns for shopping and restaurants . I have begun to travel to PR frequently and I will definitely not return to this hotel. I believe Expedia, was not as accurate in their review of this hotel, leading it's customers completely unprepared and disappointed to say the least

Pues no me gusta dar opiniones pero dehe perder la última noche ya que me encontre que el lugar tanto la piscina como restauran y barra sierran muy temprano el cuál el que va de vacaciones tiene que salir a comer fuera ya que todo esta cerrado. También si eres persona la cuál utiliza el gimnasio en tu vida no hay manera ya que esta cerrado fui varias veces y cerrado. Para mi no es una opción de ahora en adelante. La piscina principar nunca tuvo barra abierta en lo que estuve alli no importa que sean dias como Domingo deben entender que la personas toman sus días de vacaciones para disfrutar.

En general fue muy bueno. Limpio y el staff muy amable. Sólo que tienen muchas cosas en remodelación y pues no hay muchas opciones de comida(no hay lugar si deseas desayunar). Y mejoraría la orientación al inicio para que te dejen saber lo que tiene disponible al momento (restaurantes cuales están funcionand, piscinas, etc. La piscina está super buena y bien limpia. Y los que atienden la barra de la piscina son muy amables.

Do not book through Expedia. I payed for everything through Expedia then when we arrived we had to put $400 down on the car we already rented and paid for. Got to the hotel and had to put $250 deposit down on the room that was already paid for and an additional $45 dollars for extra taxes. They gave us a room with one double bed when it was suppose to be 2 beds. We even called direct to the hotel before booking it to confirm it was 2 beds and the woman told us yes. That they don't have rooms with one double bed. That their rooms are either two queens or one king. The woman told us that third party booking sites don't always have correct information. When we told them what their receptionist told us we were told that if we want two beds we could pay an additional $400. Even though the hotel was a ghost town. There was no one there! All of the restaurants and the bar were closed the entire time we were there except for the last night before we left. We went to a restaurant on the property for dinner which only stayed open until 7pm. Also no breakfast or coffee to be found anywhere at the hotel. We had to go off the resort to find a cup of coffee. Now I'm waiting to see if we get our $400-car and $250-hotel back from our deposits. We will not use Expedia again. Sadly this was not a good experience. The hotel was pretty and clean but not at all the resort experience we expected.

THE STAFF WAS OVER THE TOP!! UPON ARRIVAL, THE SECURITY GUARD/OFFICE STAFF/MAINENANCE & ESPECIALLY THE BARTENDER TOOK CARE OF US, CARED FOR US BEYOND ANYTHING WE COULD HAVE EXPECTED. YES, THIS IS OUR 4TH TIME VISITING FAJARDO INN. OUR ROOM WAS WHAT WE ASKED FOR. USUALLY, THE STAFF IS SO "MICRO MANAGED", BUT THE GUARD WAS LIKE HE WAS OUR NEPHEW, THE STAFF: LIKE MY DAUGHTERS & THE BARTENDER: TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF MY WIFE & I! THIS VISIT WAS A GIFT FOR MY WIFE FOR MOTHER'S DAY & 1ST TRIP AFTER REMISSION FROM BREAST CANCER! IT WAS LAST MINUTE & ONLY 1 DAY, BUT STILL IMPRESSIVE BY ALL! WITH GOD'S HELP WE CONTINUE PATRONAGE @ FAJARDO INN! SO WILL OUR ENTIRE FAMILY & FRIENDS! HOOOOAH!!

Property was alright. Spacious and clean rooms. There were many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Got bitten badly. Easy parking. Laundry was ok. Only one washer working. Please think twice before going to the on-site Mexican restaurant. The server did a good job but the food that came out of the kitchen was horrible. We voiced our concern to the manager. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. I wish they take feedbacks and improve the food quality so that more guests can dine there.

Thank you for sharing your opinion about out property, but if you are going to share a review, you should tell the entire story. The waiter went to you table several times asking if everything food and everything was ok, which you said it was. After everyone ate their food, and you recieved the receipt you informed you were not going to pay for the full bill since you didnt't like the food. The manager on duty spoke to you severla times, that if when the waiter went to your table you have mentioned anything we gladly would have prepare a new dish for you or discounted the food in dispute. But it was very surprising to every employee on suty that after you ate all the food you refuse to pay the bill. Yes because you left without paying, you left a 320 bill after you devour all the food. And when the manager informed you she was calling the police, you ran as fast as you could and left the property. We filed a police report and you will be contacted. I assure you we do take very serious comments and reccomendations, but when someone abuses us we do not take it lightly.

We were disappointed with this place. It could have/should have been more. There were some obvious limitations due to COVID, which were understandable, but there were other things that were uncalled for. They charged for ice from the ice machine, they charged for a lousy morning coffee... things that I've never had a hotel charge for!

Excelente Limpieza. Muy relajante el hotel. Pero por alguna situacion ajena no hay aervicio se desayuno se Lunes a Viernes. Tienes que salir a comprar afuera de la localidad. Para el almuerzo por igual.

Mi opinión.
El lugar es limpio. Las áreas verdes las tienen bien cuidadas. Las piscinas las mantienen debidamente atendidas se ve la limpieza, pero en cuanto a la estructuras necesitan un poco de atención. Los baños de las piscinas están impecables de la limpieza. Lamentablemente por el momento tenían en uso un solo restaurante, de el mismo la comida es buena.

Tremenda piscina
La piscina es excelente pero el cuarto familiar, aunque muy comodo, no tiene ninguna vista. Para pagar una vista teníamos que pagar una villa y no valía la pena. Recomendamos que los cuartos con vista deben ser mitad familiar y mitad para parejas. Aunque el baño, las camas, y muebles estaban limpios, el piso estaba sucio.

Loved the resort and everything about it don’t know why there are so many negative reviews I stood here for five days this week and it was the best the staff was so courteous and helpful the facilities were very clean pool was very clean we basically had the pool to ourselves very few people people were very courteous when we would arrive they would give us time to be in the pools alone our family had a great time here our rooms were cleaned every day cute little gift shop to buy souvenirs very close to everything we needed definitely will be coming back to this resort I give this resort five stars

The state was descent though the room had a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and ants in the room. I would not rebook here just due to the resort being so far out from the beach access and cleanliness of the pool. All the pool bars and amenities were closed other than the main restaurant and they were out of a lot of things on the menu.

Thank you for sharing your review. Due to the government executive orders certain amenities are available thru appointments only. Like the use of the use of the gym for example. The recreational facilities is also thru appointment as we must have a record of customers in use at a time. Bars are not allowed open, you are only be able to get attended at your table in a restaurant. We are sorry if this was an inconvenience to you, but we are strictly enforcing the COVID 19 regulations for the safety of our customers and employees.

Buen Servicio. Pero debería arreglar la entrada porque está rota la calle. La piscina está bonita pero por dentro deben darle mas cariño porque se ve descuidada. Y focos de electricidad sueltos que cualquier persona puede tocar y quedarse electrocutado. Ponerle un anuncio grande en la calle principal. Y por favor una buena caseta de Seguridad para el empleados ya que tiene que aguantar agua sol y sereno mosquitos en una caseta no muy agradable de solo 4 palos.

Much nicer than the photos of the property. Beautiful interior of building common area. The bathroom of our room looked new and modern. They take their COVID protocol very seriously here; in a week of travel this was the only property that asked for our QR travel authorization code granted by the PR government. My only complaint was the bed was saggy and we rolled to the center. More than two bath towels in the room would have been preferred.

The property has so much potential. The staff were not accommodating at all and were extremely rude. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I am Puerto Rican from Chicago so this was supposed to be a special trip. I invited my friend who is a doctor and we were treated just beyond poorly, so much so that we wanted to end our stay and just stay elsewhere and even then they would not accommodate. I morning recommend you think twice maybe thrice before booking at Fajardo inn
