Sorry to hear this, we send many emails and texts through Expedia 30 days prior to your stay! Actually you mentioned that you were not coming in until 4 pm next day. We a upgraded you to a nice hotel 2 minute walk to the beach and paid your total stay. We strive to make guest feel at ease as we are a small property but with great rooms and amenities for the price.

Hola, we had some issues with our system that why we upgraded you to a nice branded hotel in Isla Verde 2 minute walk from the beach. Your room did have a nice balcony and ocean views at the property. Please call us back and we will take great care of you on your next trip.

Hi, sorry to hear this, but do not lie! You cancelled same day of your reservation and we have a policy like any other hotel. Your reservation was for 1 night and payment was less than half of what you just posted!! You did not say why you cancelled. With these comments you are just hurting yourself.

Hi, we are sorry about your recent stay. We are in a Rainforest and humidity is our number one enemy as it is hard to keep out. We have upgraded our decks and pool area. Will look into our linen as they all have been replaced not even 6 months ago, but will make sure this get fixed right away.
