The home offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the home, and free bed linen, pillows, bath towel and even beach towels are provided. There ia an in-ground pool with a sand sanitizing system that keeps water sparkling clear. The back yard is very private and great lunging, basking in the sun, or grilling under the covers terrace to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine!

At the Enchanted Escape, you have the flexibility to host sit-down meals in the well-appointed kitchen which includes 2 spacious island that can be used for preparing food or for additional seating. Kitchen Amenities Include:

-The Home has 4 bedrooms upstairs that sleeps a total of 10 guest. Each bedroom is decorated with its own unique theme that highlights various aspects of all that Puerto Rico has to offer. In addition, there are 2.5 bathrooms:
1 in the master bedroom with shower /tub,
1 in the upstairs hallway with a spa shower, and half located in the main floor.

A small pack-n-play is available for those traveling with small children.

*La Playa Room -Master Bedroom with 1 King bedroom and separate wash area, as well as a large walk-in closet.
*El Yunque Room- large bedroom with 1 Queen bed.
*La Aventura Room - mid-size bedroom with 2 beds ( 1 Full 1 Twin)
*El Atardecer Room - mid-size bedroom with 2 beds (1 Full and 1 Twin)

HOUSE GUIDELINES:
1.Primary renters must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that this is NOT a party House, and we ask that guest be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiete hours of 10PM - 8 AM. Thanks for understanding!
2. This home is a private , gated community - guest will receive access code too let them into the development and the home upon booking.
3. Please let us know how many cars you plan to bring upon booking.
4. This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance is allowed including vaping.
5.Guests agree not to leave children under 12 years unattended on the property.
6.Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property.
7.There is a security camera facing the front of the house and garage for guest safety.
