Beläget ett kvarter från stranden i Ocean Park, i San Juan, Puerto Rico. Inom det bästa strandområdet i San Juan, som kallas Ocean Park.

Denna fullt möblerade studio ligger på sjätte våningen (hissen är nu ute av drift). av en villa byggnad i gated grannskapet Ocean Park. Windows på tre sidor möjliggör fantastiska vindar, dag och natt. Utsikt över Condado och solnedgångar mot väst, delvis havsutsikt samt soluppgångar i öster och El Yunque till sydöstra. Inredning inkluderar en sektions soffa med soffbord, queen size säng och nattduksbord, matbord för två (inuti eller ute på balkongen) samt TV med DVD och Sony CD-spelare. Trådlös åtkomst. Badrummet har en duschkabin med fönster för att se det blå Atlanten. Köket är fullt utrustat och innehåller en företags tvättmaskin. Strandstolar, badlakan och en kylare ingår också. This was my first experience using VRBO and it was amazing! This property was perfect for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the coquis. Located right by the beach and not far from other things like the rainforest and old san juan.

Excellent weekend getaway!

Had a wonderful time! Walking distance to the beach! The washer was a life saver! Very comfortable stay! The property owner was great with communicating and very responsive! Would definitely recommend this place again! :)

Nice getaway

The location of the property is excellent. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex is gated and monitored so very secure. The only caveat is there is only one entrance by car and it is on santa ana street with a security gate. The pedestrian exits are open 6am-6pm only so know that as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and kasalta bakery is a must eat at place. Theres even a walgreens within walking diatance so very convienant location. The host Chris' communication is fast and on point with any issues you may have. There is a parking space reserved but it is small and hard to get in and out of so i used the street as to not risk damaging the rental car. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again with Chris in the future. Thanks Chris!!

Excellent location

A very nice, simple place with an excellent location. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one block from the beach! We didn't need anything, but Christopher checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Lovely studio!

The condo was very nice. Communication was easy and quick response time. The only thing I would mention is there is a 1-2 inch height difference at the kitchen and bathroom entrances. Very hard to notice height difference which may be a problem for sight impaired, elderly or handicapped. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

Perfect Stay

This is a super nice unit in a great location...Extremely safe gated neighborhood-comfortable furniture and bed-gorgeous views from the balcony-one block to the beach-short walk to restaurants-very responsive host-easy check in- everything was just as listed and pictured. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back!

Amazing

We arrived a day late due to the weather. They allowed us an extra day to compensate. It looked just like the photo listed. They also were available for any concerns. The restaurants were amazing, people were friendly and we were 2 blocks from the beach! Location was secure and quiet. Highly recommended

The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. We Had An Amazing Stay

We had a great 6 night stay! It was extremely close to the beach and right by a ton of eating establishments. I can say there were only two things during our stay we encountered, the first being ants in the apartment. It wasn't a true inconvenience as they only came out if you leave food on the countertop so we just kept food in the fridge. Also in the neighborhood there are huge potholes so please be extremely aware as we got a flat tire on our rental but we were able to replace it fairly quickly. Although we didn't need anything from Chris during our stay he was extremely responsive when we were checking in and checking out. I just know if we did need anything he would have taken care of us. Overall this was an amazing stay and when I come back to PR I will be sure to book here again!

Lovely week long stay

This is a nice sized studio, full kitchen (small fridge), comfortable bed, great bathroom, and fab balcony in the neighborhood Ocean Park. It’s really close to a nice beach, eateries, and I felt safe due to the enclosed property and neighborhood. Loved my time here and will try to stay yearly. Property manager very responsive and also let me know in advance when there was construction work being done on a different floor.

This property sits right next to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood… The condo is real clean an equipped with everything u need!! I would highly recommend this Ocean Park Condo.. I will book this Condo again… Loved this area of San Quan…
