The Space:
Paradise View Villa, a beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront retreat, is nestled in Puerto Rico’s exclusive Bahía Beach Resort, offering both luxury and privacy within ~500 acres of lush Audubon-certified maritime forest and gardens. This second-floor villa boasts a stunning terrace with spectacular ocean views and is just steps from both the pool and the beach, providing the perfect setting for a serene and upscale coastal escape.
Paradise View Villa includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, and the convenience of a 6-person golf cart, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay. Guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests will not have access to the Four Seasons Hotel that is located within the resort.
LIVING AREAS
The open-concept layout of Paradise View Villa effortlessly integrates the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space, all leading to a private terrace that offers breathtaking views of tropical landscapes and the ocean. The living room features contemporary decor, stunning ocean views, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxation. The dining area includes a table that seats six and sits next to the kitchen, which also offers a breakfast bar with seating for three.
TERRACE
The highlight of Paradise View Villa is its spacious terrace, which provides stunning views of both the beach and the pool. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for outdoor meals and two cozy sofas for relaxing in comfort.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring high-end appliances, sleek European finishes, and an open layout that overlooks the dining and living areas. It comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric stove, as well as cooking pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The spacious layout includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and en suite facilities with a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the private terrace to enjoy the views and vibrant sounds of the ocean.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. There is a third additional full bathroom opposite the kitchen.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Additional amenities include two adjacent private parking spaces and a six-seat golf cart with its own parking space. Broadband internet, a washer and dryer, cable, three large smart TVs, modern appliances, and a private residential backup generator all contribute to a personalized, relaxing, stress-free experience for your stay. The villa has an ideal location to enjoy the Resort’s privacy and tranquility, surrounded by a manicured tropical landscape and the sights and sounds of nature.
BAHIA BEACH RESORT
Paradise View Villa includes the daily resort fee so guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. Situated on 483 gated acres of lush maritime forest on Puerto Rico’s idyllic Northeast coast, Bahia Beach offers an unparalleled tropical experience. Bahia is a place where elegance and unspoiled natural beauty coexist in total harmony. It is a place that provides bliss and adventure in equal measure. Amenities include:
Beach Club: With a full restaurant, 2 bars, 2 pools, and a 2-mile beach, the Bahia Beach Club is second to none on the island.
Golf Club: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the Golf practice facilities and preferred rates for the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole golf course.
Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.
Full Gym: Brand new, top-of-the-line gym facilities are available 7 days a week.
Bahía Wellness Retreat Spa: Offers a peaceful escape with massages and wellness treatments to relax and rejuvenate.
Beach watersports: The beach water sports facilities offer classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.
Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the lakehouse at Bahia Beach, which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park.
Access to the Bahia Beach's restaurants: Bahia Beach Resort Beach Club Restaurant, El Cocoteros Grill & Seagrapes Restaurant (on a first come first serve basis).
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
