This unit includes two bedrooms one master bedroom with a queen bed, and the second bedroom offering two double beds. Along with a spacious living room with a large dining table and all the essentials, you will feel right at home.



Step outside to our landscaped courtyard, where you can enjoy a refreshing breeze from Condado Lagoon National Park Jaime Benitez, located right next to our building.



In the heart of the tourist-friendly Condado zone, you can easily walk to Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and the vibrant La Placita with its trendy bars and restaurants. Convenience stores like Walgreens and CVS are just a short walk from your doorstep.



Parking is a breeze with a public parking lot is just a minute away and plenty of free street parking. For convenience, a coin laundry room with wash cycles at $2.00 and dryers at $3.00, including coins upon request and complimentary laundry detergent.



Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments.

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
