Spektakulärt lyxhus i exklusiv närhet

Nyligen ombyggd med alla nya möbler och apparater! Full kraft och vatten efter Maria.

Huset är fullt utrustat med tv i alla rum och vardagsrummet. Inkluderar kabel-tv och internet. Det finns också två sovrum med eget badrum. Möbler och tillbehör är nya: det har luftkonditionering i hela huset som får dig att känna dig fräsch och bekväm efter att ha haft en varm dag på stranden eller husets pool. Det har ett garage med två bilar och gott om plats framför huset. Ett bra grillplats för utomhusmatlagning och aktiviteter.

Beläget i ett privat bostadsområde i ett exklusivt, gated community i Isla Verde. En fem minuters bilresa från flygplatsen och nära Condado, Old San Juan och La Placita de Santurce (alla inom 10 minuters bilresa)

Bara en 8 minuters promenad till den vackra stranden i Isla Verde. En gång på stranden kan du gå till hotell i närheten som Hotel San Juan, The Intercontinental, The Ritz, Embassy Suites och mer (de flesta med fantastiska kasinon)

Fantasic time in San Juan!

We had an unforgettable family stay in San Juan! The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and historic sites. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Girls trip celebrating 50 th bda

Everything was absolutely lovely. The host was a prompt and kind communicator whenever we needed anything. Our vacation was perfect and having this beautiful house and pool as our homebase was the star of the trip.

Fun Spot / Great Pool - close to beach/restaurants

The house was perfect for three couples, we had plenty of space to spread out and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and the pool. Great amenities and very clean and the neighborhood itself was pretty quiet. The location is within walking distance to a great bakery, the beach and lots of restaurants. We didn't have a car, so the only challenge we had was getting picked-up/dropped-off with Ubers as they have to go through a gate (you'll have to give them directions to the gate and then self-direct from there) but it all worked out.Would definitely recommend!

MAGNIFICENT!

BEYOND pleasantly surprise. Two men ages 61 and 60, three Women all 60. All world traveled and particular. Every single picture was realistic. House was IMMACULATE. Perfect location- great kitchen perfectly appointed. Pueblo (supermarket), airport, Mall of San Juan, Restaurants - Lala, Sensory and Vinus all a few minutes away. FANTASTIC! Only thing is missing was a few more lounge chairs! Otherwise a perfect house!

Spacious, beautiful house a short walk from beach

We spent spring break at this beautiful house with our two young adult children. The house is in a small gated community across a main road from the beautiful beaches of Isla Verde. We especially loved the back patio and pool, the perfect place to have breakfast and listen to the birds singing. We barbecued one night in the side porch and enjoyed all the small touches, like slippers and toothpaste. This was a perfect location near the beach but a quick drive to the restaurants and culture of San Juan. And just outside the gate, don’t miss Panaderia Espana for authentic Puerto Rican food and delicious pastries.

Beautiful property and comfy stay

My family and I had just stayed here. It’s a really pretty property, clean and cozy, close to everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, and safe. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep a quick meal. Clean sheets and fresh towels. Each bathroom had toothpaste and soap, shampoo and conditioner. Would love to come back again. Highly recommend

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Hector's place! It was very peaceful and beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Beds are comfortable. The house is clean and very modern and is close to all attractions the area has to offer. The management responded quickly to all our questions and provided suggestions. The last day my daughter was the last one to check out and Hector offered to give her a ride to the airport. Thank you Hector! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Puerto Rico

Papa and me guys trip

This was a unique experience. My four oldest college age grandson’s wanted to spend the holiday break on a guys trip with their grandpa. At first, I was against it after all I’m 71 they’re 18 and 20 years old. They convinced me so On Christmas Eve at the last minute we booked this house And it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with my grandsons. House is beautiful and clean and newly redecorated with a beautiful open kitchen, large family room, large dining room and a large living room. We primarily stayed in the kitchen and family room which has A large glass wall of doors to the yard that has a nice size pool. The second level had four very nice size bedrooms with the master and the second room which also be considered a master that have their own private bathrooms. The other two rooms shared a. hall bathroom and shower. All the bedrooms and first floor are air-conditioned with individual wall-mounted units that have individual controls.We rented a car, but after we spent a four days there, I realized that it was just a waste of money. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to the beach and market. Any restaurants and bars or casinos that we went to, we took an Uber. Even if you wanted to drive to the beach or to old San Juan, there is no place to park so I would highly recommend not renting a car.The house is located in a gated community, which gives you a sense of security.I definitely would book this house again if I was going back to San Juan.

Amazing

This home is just as pictured! Upon entering it everything not only looked but smelled amazing. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. I will say it would have been nice to have coffee cups, we drank coffee in shifts. The home is located near everything within a gated community which made our group of only ladies feel safe. I would definitely book here again if back in PR!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning VRBO property, and it was an unforgettable experience! Here’s why: Accommodation & Amenities: The home is a true gem, offering everything we needed and more. The master suite is an oasis of luxury with its spacious layout and beautifully appointed bathroom. We loved the second suite as well, which was perfect for our additional guests. Both suites were incredibly comfortable, providing everyone with their own private retreat. Entertaining & Relaxation: The property’s pool area was a highlight of our stay. We spent countless hours enjoying the crystal-clear water and lounging by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating, a barbecue grill, and even a shaded area for those who prefer a break from the sun. It was like having our own private resort! Location & Convenience: The location couldn’t be more ideal. Nestled within a gated community, we felt secure and secluded while being just a short drive from the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Despite the proximity to the airport, we experienced no noise disturbance, allowing us to enjoy peaceful evenings. Plus, the home is conveniently near everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all easily accessible. Great House in a Great Location

This is a modern, renovated property with all the amenities. House has a wonder pool. The beach and many bars/restaurants are within walking distance. Property is in a gated community with a mix of locals and rental properties. Hector, the owner, lives near by and is quick to answer questions or stop by if an issue comes up. Overall we had a wonderful time in PR and this property was one of the reasons.

Beautiful, comfortable, amenity-packed house

Loved this house! It was so clean and spacious, and you could tell the owners put a lot of care into designing it. It’s very modern and luxurious and also QUIET - something we were worried about being so close to the airport. Not an issue at all though. The pool is also great and you have a lot of privacy. You can walk to the beach (probably a 10-15 min walk) but if you want to go to any of the fancier restaurants, you’ll need to drive. Owners were super responsive and accommodating. Loved working with them! We hope to be back one day!

We’re a family of 6 and this house was absolutely perfect! Added bonus was all of the extra touches, little things like spices and Ziplock bags, beach chair’s and towels are just so helpful. The kids loved the pool too, ended everyday with a little swim was just right…The entire trip was just awesome, we loved PR!

Awesome home and location!

Close to airport, Isla Verde beach, grocery store, gas station and restaurants, and easy access to highway to quickly travel to old San Juan, condado and more! Owner provided restaurant options for birthday celebration - santaella and casita Miramar were excellent. Owner responsive and home was clean and comfortable. Pool area is amazing and the home has all the essentials for living (eg. Even the towels were great quality which the owner supplied more of upon request) The community is gated which is a plus- felt very safe with my 5 guests. Essentially 50+ group so 9pm start to quiet time wasn’t a big deal- we were out on the town anyway. Requires calling the owner via a code to gain access every time you want re-entry via vehicle which is unfortunate during late hours. Also the street was being worked on so there were workers and trucks on the small street along with a big ditch. That all being said I would stay here again and again!!
