Welcome to the Tscharfhof in South Tyrol!



Our farm is located at 1,400 m above sea level below the Jaufen Pass in the Passeier Valley. In our modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment for up to four people, you will find a home where you can feel comfortable both in summer and winter. With only one holiday apartment, we offer you the comfort of being the only guests, allowing you to immerse yourselves in the Passeier mountain world without tourist crowds. In addition to numerous summer activities such as hiking and a variety of cultural and sports offers, you can also enjoy a wide range of winter activities including skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and much more. The Ratschings ski area can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The Jaufen Pass is regularly cleared of snow and is therefore easily accessible even in winter.



The apartment, about 65 sqm, has two separate bedrooms with double beds, a large kitchen and living area with sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower, a large bathtub and a washing machine. The generous terrace with seating and sun loungers offers peace, relaxation and a breathtaking panorama.
