The Holiday Apartment Plattner II is located in the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria), a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran (Merano), offering an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and offers space for 4 people. It also has Wi-Fi, a TV, and a baby cot and high chair (on request for an extra charge).

Outside, there is a shared garden and balcony, as well as a shared covered terrace with a view of the mountains. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away (400m).

In the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier you will also find bakeries, restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor water park (with free entry), which is open from mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only 15 minutes away by car (17km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours away by car.
