Overlooking the beach was great!. Not noisy considering location. Pretty quiet after 8. Ate several times at Custom House down the street, very good. Played 18 holes at Avila Golf, can walk to the course. Secret Garden is a must go! Have to walk or bike there; music, great pizza!

Awesome property! Very clean and well kept. Just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the little shops and restaurants that were just down the way. We were so sad to leave and hopefully will be returning in the future.
