Stranden med Spa

På Beach front. Havsutsikt från nästan alla rum. Fordon får köra på stranden, men inga ATV, tack och lov! Internet via bredband, spa, öppen spis, gas BBQ, stor trä BBQ, stora däck, uteplatser, TV i varje sovrum och vardagsrum, två fåtöljer, två utfällbara-outs, en kung, en drottning, 1 dubbel. Det finns 3 sovrum. En är stor med en kung säng och en utfällbar med tillhörande badrum. De andra två har en drottning och en dubbel. De är mycket små och är åtskilda av en vägg och en dörr (inte en korridoren). De i dubbelsäng har direkt tillgång till en toalett. De i drottning säng kan privat komma åt halv bad nära köket genom att gå runt ett par meter utanför. Det finns två och ett halvt badrum. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare, av parkeringsplatser för tre ordinarie storlek fordon.

Sommaren är normalt söndag till söndag. Om ett undantag görs är priset $ 425 per natt.

Picture ad obviously paint a better picture than actual. The place was dirty and there was some "stuff" not sure what it was but really gross, may have been dried up puke that was on one of the beds that made it impossible to sleep on. When i spoke with the property manager about it there was no response. I understand that Im just another renter, but its my only family vacation for us all year and its only 4 days. Other issues: everything in the place is older, there was rust in the freezer, bathtub was very dirty with black discoloring on a caulk. Every corner in the house had dust or dirt. Great view but the window were dirty. I'm sure I'm wrong but when you lose confidence in the cleanliness, you lose confidence in anything in the cabinets being out of date or dirty. The silverware when we looked close had black stuff on the forks. We tried to book another place the first night but everything in town was booked. Basically slept in sleeping beds and my son slept on the couch. Won't be staying there again. Sad, because the place, if properly taken care of, had the potential to be a great place,

Another Stay at Nell’s

I think this was our 5th time of renting this Beach house! We absolutely love it there. Our grandchildren are 8 and 5 now and enjoy the sand right outside of the deck. We have two Labrador Retrievers that have come with us every time. So we don’t have to leave any family members behind. The fire pit is also a family favorite. Some-mores just have to be made! We will come back again and again as long as Nell allows us to!!!

You want a place RIGHT on the beach where you can watch your kids play in the water while sipping wine on the deck then this is it! It is Very well equipped with all the necessities of home! Just bring sunscreen!! It may not be the latest modern architecture but you’ll love it! And did I say it’s dog friendly!!

Weekend stay

Our family had a great time staying at the Sanddollar! A fun beach house with awesome views of the ocean and the sand right outside the back door! We used the fire pit overlooking the ocean each night! The hot tub was nice to take a soak in too! The house is well loved with a lot of necessary beach items. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Spring Break Getaway.

We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. Had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the fire pit was in perfect location to watch people get stuck entering and exiting the dunes.

Terrific time except that the 3rd bedroom description was not exactly accurate.. the 3rd bedroom was like a closet, with no place to put a suitcase. The place also wasn't that clean at the beginning..

Cool view

Pictures did not accurately depict 3rd bedroom (more like a closet) and overwhelming smell of urine (had to spray daily) - need to remove carpets from B2/3. Overall did not feel/look/smell clean. Too much knick knack stuff all over, no room for the things we/people bring. Way too much stuff in kitchen, refrigerator very old and rusty. Living room comfortable, good views, parking beach access.

Fantastic Beach Location

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, steps to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening, sitting around the fireplace and listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Very relaxing and well equipped. We loved every minute.
