Our stay included 4 adults and a child. We found the main house to be wonderful and exactly what was depicted in photos. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bedroom accessible by stairs on the side of the house had a very musty smell which none of us wanted to sleep in, so we chose to all stay in the main house which was a tight squeeze. The outside of the house is in need of attention. There were spiders webs and excessive dirt covering the railing and seating of the side porches, so we were not able to utilize them. The front porch had plenty of seating but the ocean view was obstructed by an untrimmed bush.Unfortunately there is major construction occurring on the lot in front of the house which was not mentioned in the listing. We were not expecting to be awakened everyday at 7am by the sound of excavators. The location of this home is wonderful! You canât find a location better than this.
