  • Parkers Place på Clover Ridge Ranch är en av en snäll egendom som ligger på en kulle med utsikt över San Luis Obispo. Ett lyxigt hem med omgiven veranda, avslappnande uteplats och vingård i butiken erbjuder EPIC VIEWS i SLO-dalen.

    Parkers plats är en trebädd, tre badrum hemma ligger på en privat arbetande ranch och rymmer upp till 10 personer. Det har varit professionellt dekorerat med unika antikviteter, möbler och originella oljemålningar. Våra rymliga öppna layouter är 3000 kvadratmeter utformade för att rymma familjer, vänner och privata sammankomster.

    Du kommer att njuta av ett stort, välfylldt kök perfekt för stora middagar och grupper att umgås i. Det finns två underhållningsrum med NETFLIX och WIFI överallt. Gratis te och kaffe tillhandahålls.

    Varje sovrum har fantastisk utsikt över dalen! Befälhavaren svit och andra sovrummet med badrum är båda på bottenvåningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och bäddsoffa. Det stora badrummet innehåller ett dubbelt handfat, badkar, dubbel dusch och klädkammare. Franska dörrar leder ut till badtunnan! Bild som du njuter av ett glas vin i badtunnan medan du tittar på solen gå ner. Det tredje sovrummet med bäddsoffa ligger på övervåningen. Detta stora rum har ett eget underhållningsområde och balkong med sittplatser.

    Ett underhållares paradis! Den STORA bakgården med boutique-vingården har utsikt över käken. Gott om uteplats, grillplats, eldstad, gräsytor och badtunna finns tillgängliga för dig! Ranchen ligger på över 150 tunnland och vandringsleder ligger precis utanför vår bakdörr! Gästerna är välkomna att följa leden upp till toppen av åsen för en dramatisk 360-graders utsikt !! Lokala vilda djur kan inkludera vilda kalkoner, vaktlar, ugglor, rådjur, hästar och nötkreatur. Detta hem är verkligen unikt på VRBO, och WOW är alla!

    * Chrissy & Logan är dina chefer på plats som bor intill i stugan. De finns tillgängliga så mycket eller så lite som du vill och har alltid din största integritet i åtanke. Två katter strövar över fastigheten där de växte upp; Luna och Binx. De är inte tillåtna inne. Vi har också kycklingar.

This is a beautiful hilltop property immersed in green, with terrific views all the way around. The wrap around porch provides all kinds of shaded seating areas, when it's warm outside. The spacious home has lovely decorating and great beds in every room.It was a great best friends annual getaway spot. Secluded, quiet feel but literally ten minutes drive from so many spots: Avila, San Luis Obispo, trails, wineries. And we loved walking to see all the beautiful horses grazing at the bottom of the hill.

This was our 2nd time staying at this fabulous property so close to SLO, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and even jumping on the 1 up to Morro Bay and above…..The property is well maintained. The views of Edna Valley and SLO are spectacular…You can easily sit out back all afternoon and enjoy the beautiful Central Coast.

Reunion

The property was amazing. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in with group of friends. The views were beautiful. The vineyards, chickens, fire pit, and hot tub were all enjoyable. Would stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable Estate Home

We loved our stay at Parker's Place. It was extremely private with beautiful views out every window. Walking the grounds was an activity in and of itself! It was a special place and leaves me with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend it!

This was a lovely stay for a small family reunion. We had 7 adults and two kids. Owners were responsive and the house is spacious with beautiful views. We enjoyed the several seating options and the jacuzzi. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Using the fire pit during our last evening was an awesome way to end the trip!My two suggestions to improve the experience is to add more umbrellas to the outside space since it got hot in the July heat, and to add some type of ramp (even a removable one) to make the home more accessible. We have an old dog and my poor husband had to keep carrying him up and down the porch stairs. Obviously that’s on me to do better research, but still figured I’d suggest it. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’re grateful for the experience!

Beautiful Estate

Stunning property! I enjoyed a lovely weekend with some girlfriends and the house was perfect. The estate is tranquil and the house is so incredibly comfortable. Tastefully furnished living spaces to the cozy bedrooms and thoughtful amenities. I will definitely be coming back.

The moment you step up the the front door and see the view through the back door, we knew we picked the right house for our family. The incredible scenery once you're out that backdoor will take your breath away. My wife and I never wasted an opportunity to relax with coffee, wine, or just a conversation. The house is in the perfect location for any town you'd like to visit in SLO county and even Santa Barbara County can be a nice day trip.Anything you could need is available in this house and the game room was especially a bonus we used almost everyday on our trip. A fully stock kitchen with everything you need to make a snack or a full meal. The outside area was another great spot to hang out while I cooked on the grill with the family around the fire pit, and later some relaxing time in the hottub.You will not regret staying in this amazing house and getting the opportunity to reset with your family or friends.

Wow! What a gorgeous home.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It's light and bright, the furnishings are beautiful, and the view is unparalleled. You feel like you're away from it all, but you're actually quite close to everything, from downtown to wineries. Our kids loved visiting the chickens, and the adults spent evenings around the fire pit. We will be sure to visit again.

Beautiful home and property!

I booked Parker’s Place for my bachelorette party, and I couldn’t picture a more stunning place to celebrate. The view is absolutely incredible, and the outside seating and vineyards in the yard are so picturesque and peaceful. This was my first time back in SLO since graduating 8 years ago, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do so. The beds were also so comfortable, and the inside of the house is as gorgeous as the outside. You get the peace and quiet of being a bit outside of town, but you’re still a really quick drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here, and I had a truly wonderful time!

Hard to leave!

We have traveled and stayed at quite a few rental homes and this has been our favorite. The view is perfection. The home is so well decorated and inviting. We enjoyed walking the grounds, the fire pit area at night, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, puzzles and games that were found in the closet, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. I only wish we had more time because it was so hard to leave this beautiful home! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this peaceful spot for the weekend. It will be something we will always remember.

Hilltop Ranch Estate

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Views were fantastic. Morning fogs would clear out to clear sky views of SLO and a small part of the Edna Valley while relaxing in a great jacuzzi. All of the amenities were working, well labeled, easy to operate, and in good working order. There was plenty of extra seating outdoors provided and many intimate spaces to just sit and meditate as the beautiful landscapes of the Central Coast evolve during the day. Communications with the staffing was also accomplished in a timely manner. Local stores are close enough to get to in about 10 to 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year for our yearly tribal gathering with all of our Central Coast friends.

Picture Perfect

Immaculate, spacious, comfortable, with sweeping views of Bishop Peak, Madonna and more from all three bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms. That’s saying a lot, as they slope down to San Luis Obispo, proper, which glimmers softly from those vistas at night. The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying the views. A tiny slice of 101 is visible off to the west. We visit our adult son a few times during the year, and this is our favorite spot so far. Charming Victorian farmhouse exterior in a subtle cheerful yellow with a wrap-around veranda that invites you to sit a spell—all the lighting is enhancing, inside and out, kitchen well supplied with staples and gadgetry. Shhh, keep it to yourself, this is a hidden gem in the canyons, complete with roosting hens in a darling self contained coop, wine grapes outside your dining area, a horse down the road, and even a bronze deer and longhorn ram to greet you as you enter. We would be delighted to do return visits.

Parker’s Place

We enjoyed our first trip away from our kids at Parker's Place for a wedding nearby in Santa Margarita. It’s big enough to host a family, but we just enjoyed sleeping in and soaking up the peaceful and breathtaking views on the property to ourselves. The place feels secluded and intimate, but it’s centrally located to any city you’d want to explore in the area; Paso Robles, SLO, Pismo Beach, Moro Bay, Santa Margarita, etc. It’s comfortable, clean, spacious and is stocked with all amenities. We would stay again!

Beautiful location

Lots of outdoor socializing space which I may return to appreciate. We were in for Cal Poly graduation of my daughter so spent time running around. Short drive to campus and town and shopping . Bedroom arrangements suited to families who can share space.

Hosting a rehearsal dinner

The property and house are absolutely amazing. We were able to host a rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding while all staying at the house. The host was extremely good at communicating and ensuring we had all the information we needed for a successful stay.
