Up the stairs you`ll find three bedrooms all with queen sized beds and bathroom with shower. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials you`ll need to enjoy your trip. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just moments to downtown.

I manage multiple Airbnb`s in the area. I do my best to be available 24/7 for my guests. I can be reached by text, Airbnb message or phone at any time during your stay. I live nearby, so if there is an emergency I can be to the property quickly.

Quick 10-minute walk to downtown- thanks to the pedestrian bridge at the train tracks. 1 mile to Higuera St. Multiple restaurant options nearby.

We are located near the train station and some train noise can be heard at times. Mostly just the train horn and the last train come through no later than 9pm.

This historic home is 100 years old and comes with the quirks and squeaks you would expect. The yard is not fully fenced so if you are traveling with a pet, please keep that in mind.
