This house is very convenient for anyone visiting Texas State University. Also easy access to Wimberley and the surrounding wineries/breweries. The house is clean, quiet, and tucked away which makes it private. Had a great stay and will definitely be back, thanks for having us.

This place was everything and more!! It was quiet and comfortable. We walked away feeling relaxed and rested. If I get back to this area again, I definitely want to stay here again.

This house is so cute! It was very clean, looked just as pictured, the host Jim, is very communicative about everything, location was great and loved seeing the deer all around the house. Neighborhood is very peaceful.

We loved the quiet beautiful location very close to the historic homes from San Marcos. My group grew up in San Marcos so extra special memories might make this review be subjective. The house was perfect for our needs. Water pressure for the shower fantastic. My wife loved the interior decor. We had a great time and location was perfect!

Weekend float trip with kiddos

Came for a weekend trip to float the river with my two teenage kids. Had a great time! The house is close to the square for dining and entertainment. Had a sweet little family of deer in the yard. The house was perfect. Clean. Large bedrooms, perfect size kitchen, really cool decor. Kids and I loved it.

Homeowner reached out to me very quickly upon reserving the place. Nice finishings in this home along with a huge shower in bathroom #2. Didn't have any problems with WIFI tv and everything in the kitchen worked with everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Short drive to downtown and college campus was exactly what we were looking for.
