The village is a large complex of bungalows with gardens and a swimming pool. It is located very close to the Luna Park and just a short distance from the town center.

The three-room apartment for 5 people is spread over the ground floor and first floor, connected by a spiral staircase.
The ground floor features a living room with kitchenette and a private garden bordered by hedges, complete with a barbecue.
The first floor includes one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with window and shower box and an uncovered parking space.
