Three-level holiday villa located in a peaceful residential complex where guests can enjoy a shared pool with solarium, common garden and barbecue areas. The property can accommodate up to eight guests. The basement features a private garage (one parking space), a convenient bathroom with shower, and a storage room. On the mezzanine floor, you’ll find a bright kitchen with a dining area, a welcoming living room equipped with two single sofa beds, and a charming porch with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The first floor includes a spacious bedroom with three beds (two joined to form a double) and another bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, as well as a large bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, plus two covered terraces ideal for enjoying the surrounding views. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, heating, A/C, TV-sat, microwave, american coffee machine, and safe. Beach distance: 1.5km
