Residence Le Dune is located in the popular coastal town of Bibione on Italy’s Adriatic coast. The complex offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery, and is situated about 1 km from the sandy beach. A well-maintained swimming pool invites you to cool off and relax, while the spacious outdoor areas are ideal for spending time together. Shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options are all nearby.
This modern two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area that provides two additional sleeping spots. Satellite TV and air conditioning are also provided. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and sink. The apartment features a cozy garden furnished with a table, chairs, and a grill (please bring your own grill grate). Here you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings with family or friends. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort. The beach is characterized by its fine sand, which is particularly pleasant for walks and sunbathing. It stretches extensively along the coast and offers plenty of space for relaxation. There are both public beach sections that can be used free of charge and equipped areas where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Beach bars provide refreshments and snacks, while restroom facilities enhance comfort. Lifeguards ensure the safety of all beachgoers, and thanks to the wide walkways, the beach is easily accessible even for families with strollers.
POOL
The pool features a spacious water area that is ideal for both adults and children to swim and relax. Surrounded by a well-maintained sun deck, guests have access to lounge chairs that invite them to linger and unwind. The peaceful atmosphere makes the pool the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy some relaxing time together.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
