The terraced house is spread over two floors located in a residence, the property is set within a lush park featuring two swimming pools for adults, a children's pool, a playground, and a bar. It is very close to Bibione's modern tennis center, which offers indoor courts, and is approximately 900 meters from the beach..

On the ground floor, you enter into a bright living room with a dining area, complete with a table, chairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchenette is tucked into a cozy nook, and there is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A charming spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a second double bedroom, a small private terrace, and another bathroom with a shower.

The house is simply yet thoughtfully furnished, offering a comfortable and functional space. It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a microwave, and a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
A numbered parking space is also included.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
