This charming two-story townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The combined living and dining area on the first floor offers two additional sleeping options with a double sofa bed. There is also another bathroom on the first floor with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A satellite TV, washing machine, and air conditioning are available. On the first floor, a garden with a table and chairs invites you to relax. The drive from the Italian border takes about 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort. The beach is characterized by its fine sand, which is particularly pleasant for walks and sunbathing. It stretches extensively along the coast and offers plenty of space for relaxation. There are both public beach sections that can be used free of charge and equipped areas where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Beach bars provide refreshments and snacks, while restroom facilities enhance comfort. Lifeguards ensure the safety of all beachgoers, and thanks to the wide walkways, the beach is easily accessible even for families with strollers.
POOL
The pool is the highlight of the resort and offers a perfect combination of relaxation and fun. With its spacious water area, it invites both adults and children to swim and relax.
