The living area (independent lamia), located near the pool, is a modern stone building with a living room, indoor dining area, a cozy TV corner, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Private saltwater pool and outdoor spaces: The fenced garden, dotted with ancient olive trees and stone walls, surrounds peaceful outdoor areas. The exclusive pool is a rectangular saltwater basin (10x4 m, constant depth 1.50 m) in a private setting. Wide submerged steps provide easy access, and the stone sunbathing area is equipped with loungers.



Patio and outdoor kitchen: A large stone patio features a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen and dining table, perfect for open-air meals.
