This highly reviewed two bedroomed duplex apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can enjoy the sun all day from three large and separate balconies with sun beds and garden furniture. There is the choice and variety of three available swimming pools a short walk away. In the area of Amarilla Golf/Golf del Sur there is so much to see and do.

This recently refurbished air conditioned, self-catering apartment offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, a 4 ring hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. There are lots of kitchen utensils and essentials. It's ideal for longer stays.

Inside the apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers two leather sofas, a large wall mounted television with lots of choices of channels and a streaming service with internet access. There are Air con units for your comfort and a Bluetooth ceiling mounted speaker for your music or radio streaming.

This apartment has two newly refurbished bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to four people. In the first bedroom, you will find a queen size comfortable double bed. The second bedroom contains a comfortable double bed. You also have a choice of pillows to make you even more comfortable.

The bathroom has a toilet and sink, walk-in shower and front loading washing machine. There is a large opening privacy window so its light and airy too.

Linen and household towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The owner manages the property and is on hand during your stay if needed.

New Hiperdino supermarket is two minutes walk away. Local bars and restaurants within a short walk.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am however the owner who looks after the property can be flexible by agreement where it is possible.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- There are free parking spaces behind the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property as this is against the community rules.

What a hidden gem of a place. Great duplex with 2 double bedrooms and 3 balconies. Great views across one of the few courses and a couple of pubs for food or drink almost on the doorstep. The host was perfect. Gave us the information we needed and never interfered with our trip but was just a text away if we needed help. If you are looking for the nightlife of las Americas then it might not be for you but Los Cristianos is only a bus ride away for less that €2. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely return again.
