Tuscan Sky Villa in San Miniato with Exclusive Private Pool

Spacious 250 m² villa for up to 12 guests. You will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a well-equipped private kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, dedicated workspace, and high chair for families with children.



Outside, a private garden awaits you with breathtaking views of the hills and the Alps. The private outdoor pool is available from May 15 to September 30. Relax with the outdoor shower or use the private barbecue for unforgettable meals. Outdoor yoga sessions with experienced instructors can be arranged.



The pool is for guests' exclusive use. For your safety, swimming at night is not allowed. Pets are welcome in the villa, but not in the pool: their presence affects the water’s pH and may pose health risks. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool.



Three parking spaces are available on site. Pets allowed. Events are not permitted. The villa is set on a hill overlooking the medieval village of San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany, with easy access to major attractions, cities, monuments, sea, and mountains.



A car is recommended due to country roads, including 20 meters of unpaved road. Being in the countryside, you may encounter insects, including mosquitoes. You can arrange cooking classes or outdoor yoga sessions, or explore the ancient Via Francigena on foot to Siena. San Miniato is famous for its white truffle.



Air conditioning and heating are available on request for an extra fee.



Check-in: 16:00–20:00. Check-out: by 10:00. These times ensure the villa and pool are clean for every stay. Please plan your transfers in advance. Thank you for your cooperation!
