Villa Suena is a spacious three bedroom property consisting of spacious lounge and dining area, with fully equipped open plan kitchen.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a sofa bed and fitted wardrobes.

The ground floor bathroom has toilet hand wash basis and walk-in shower

Leading from the lounge via large patio doors is the terrace and private swimming pool.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

A bathroom, again with toilet, hand wash basin and walk in shower.

From the main bedroom is a balcony with access via stairs to the large sunny rooftop solarium providing magnificent views of the surrounding area. Ideal for sunbathing.

The full house is air-conditioned both hot and cold. Free wifi throughout the house also.

Parking can be directly outside on the street or within the plot in the diveway.

A Bbq is available as are chairs and shades
