ENORM utrymme är övre 640 kvm. Lägre (pooldäck) är över 1200 kvm. Perfekt för bröllop / affärs partier / familj, gemenskap. poolen är också en stor 840 kvm. Det finns 10 garvning solstolar och massor av sittplatser. Ut dörr kylskåp vid poolen, och pool badrum / dusch.

Mycket privat med lediga (treed partier) på vardera sidan och en perfekt avstånd från staden (3. 1 miles). Du kan gå på stranden till stan, vi är i slutet av walkable stranden.
Med prop. få vägarna i bättre form resan till centrum ligger 10-15 min. att hitta så mycket spänning som du vill, men tillräckligt långt bort för att vara helt privat.
200 "Dock är bra för att få plockas upp för turer / fisketurer och bra fiske direkt från kajen. Koppla av i hängmattor eller få en massage under Palapa och lyssna på vågorna försiktigt läppning.

Amazing accommodations!

Everything we wanted and more!From booking thru checkout the owners and caretaker made the process seamless.... from puddle jumpers booked for us on tropic air from belize city, taxis waiting at the airport, golf carts at the house waiting for us, owner of excursion company came to the house on the first day to set up what tours we wanted, the caretaker reset an air conditioner that didn't come back on after a power surge, and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner locations. Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time in Belize.

Best vacation ever!

Our group of 8 just returned from 9 amazing days at La Casa Gran Azul. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. The house was as I expected which had plenty of room, was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool were even more amazing than what I had hoped for. Being surrounded by beautiful mangroves on both sides of the property made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The caretaker, Erick, was so kind and helpful. He set our teenagers up with fishing gear, even going out early in the morning to get them live bait. They were successful fishing from the dock and Erick cooked us a wonderful meal with their catch. The location of the house is perfect. Close to several restaurants and a small store but far enough from the busier parts of town to stay quiet. We definitely hope to return to this wonderful property! catch! The restaurants and a smalbusy.

A Week In Paradise

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ambergris Caye! Located about 20 minutes south of town, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The house is ideal for a large family or multiple families, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.The private dock and pool were absolutely fantastic—perfect for morning coffee with breathtaking views or an evening swim. We loved the peaceful, low-key vibe of this property, which was exactly what we were looking for. Being a bit removed from town allowed us to fully unwind, while still having easy access when we wanted it.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional property manager, Eric. He was incredibly helpful, arranging golf cart rentals and coordinating taxis to and from the airport, making everything seamless. His hospitality truly made a difference.We also appreciated the convenience of having a full kitchen, as we enjoy going to the local grocery stores and cooking rather than dining out every meal. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, this property is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Blended family holiday trip

We are a blended family of 9 and we had an amazing experience at Casa Azul! We utilized both levels which worked out beautifully as everyone had plenty of privacy and quiet space when needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house is perfectly appointed. The location is slightly outside of the main downtown area, but only a short golf cart ride away. There are quite a few bars and restaurants just down the road from the home. The property manager was lovely, very knowledgeable and accommodating to assist with all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a trip of a lifetime!

2 Story beach villa

This property was well equipped in all areas-the kitchen; games; outdoor activities and furniture. People could all be together on the patio, pool area or inside. The beach was very accessible. The only issue was the bumpy roads-but not the owner’s fault. Bicycling was smoother than golf carts.

A week in paradise

Casa Azul is a lovely place to stay. A quick golf cart ride to downtown San Pedro, but removed from the hassle and bustle. Very quiet. Saw lots of sea creatures and beautiful sunsets right off the dock. We loved the caretaker Erick. He was so kind and funny and he made us the most delicious fish dinner on Christmas.Everything was easy for us there. I wish I was still there!

Perfect property for our group!

Our group consisted of two families, 4 adults and 5 children ages 10-16. Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is exactly what we were expecting based on the photos, though the outdoor space exceeded out expectations. Our group spent many long hours enjoying the amazing pool, dock, and beach space. We were able to swim and fish off of the dock, and enjoy some lazy afternoons on the hammock. While the house is about a 15 minute golf cart ride to town, which keeps it a quiet property with not a ton of traffic. If your group needs an amazing space that can accommodate a variety of ages and interests, this is your property. We were luck enough to have the owners, Gord and Heather, there during our stay. The new caretaker, Eric, was also on property at times. The three of them made sure everything was perfect, and even got coconuts from the trees for us to try, gave restaurant recommendations, checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met, and were genuinely amazing people who take pride in their wonderful property! When we return to Belize someday, we will be staying here!

Great stay for our family!

We take our adult kids, their spouses and teen granddaughter on a family SCUBA diving trip every year. Grand Casa Azul was perfect for us. We had room to spread out, enjoy the pool, view and we made most of our meals at the house. Home caretaker Jason and his sweet family could not have been more gracious, helpful and responsive - from arranging outings and massages to recommending restaurants and activities.

Lovely getaway south of San Pedro

This was a really nice place to stay. The pool was fabulous. Host Jason was incredible - responsive to our inquiries, available for setting up field trips with great companies, and a kind human. Being south of town was nice for the privacy, yet 3 miles on the back of a slightly bumpy golf cart ride is no joke, especially if you're plan on more than one outing in a day! But if you're with the right people, love a great pool, and are game for an adventure, this is the place for you!

La Gran Casa Azul

An amazing concierge, Jason, helped plan our activities and schedule tours before we arrived. We rented the whole house for our family; it was quiet, private and has a large infinity edge pool. The bedrooms were air conditioned which is important. We were picked up at our dock for tours which was a plus. The town is not far in the golf cart and we had excellent food in several different restaurants.

Fun Stay

Casa Azul was really fun to stay in. Jason is always super helpful and kind. The one thing we were not aware of that is it is about a 15 minute golf ride into town. The golf ride is not smooth because of the dirt roads and is harder for people with back problems. It was perfect for the college kids that stayed here, but a little more difficult for the adults. I wouldn't call the house luxurious (air conditioning pretty spotty and toilet paper in trash cans only), but the environment, surroundings, and all of Jason's help really makes Casa Azul feel like home. The pool was great and make sure to ask companies you are doing tours with to pick you up from the dock!

Everything We Wanted and More

Our group of 7 loved our stay here. The upper and lower suites accomdated us perfectly. Private beach and infinity pool were amazing. You can easily enjoy a full day lounging by the pool, paddleboarding or kayaking. We even had a few mean games if corn hole. The pier is convenient to get picked up for boat tours. Just a short 10 min golf cart ride from town.

Caribbean Oasis Hideaway

Location was perfect for us being South of San Pedro as it is a quiet private oasis on this property. We spent most days with coffee outside on the patio while watching the most beautiful sun rises, drinking ice cold beer while fishing off the pier (yes, we caught enough fish to fillet and eat wonderful fish tacos, etc.), enjoyed afternoons barbecuing and swimming in the spacious salt water pool, and ended the evenings having drinks out at a wonderful local container bar (Stax Sunset Bar). Robin, the bartender at Stax, makes the best frozen coconut mojito! We enjoyed the little longer (20-30 minute) golf cart rides and going out exploring around town and North over the bridge. Those days were great for trying more restaurants, beach bars, live music night life, souvenir shopping and any larger grocery shopping needs. Jason, property manager/concierge, helped us as much or as little as we wanted. He booked puddle jumper flights, started us off with some grocery provisions, booked boat charters for fishing, helped us pick other excursions (snorkeling with sharks), coordinated additional cleaning days, and gave us much information on everything else we inquired. Having Jason as a resource allowed us to spend more of our time truly vacationing and relaxing. We’re looking forward to planning our next trip to Ambergris Caye and La Casa Gran Azul!

Can't wait to come back!

If you are coming to Ambergris Caye, this is the place to stay! From the very beginning, Jason was on top of everything for us. He was truly amazing, helpful and so full of knowledge. It made our trip so easy! It was our first time traveling to Belize. We had a group of 10 adults and the house was perfect for us! The location was perfect. Close enough to town but far enough away to have privacy and relaxation. All the amenities were also super appreciated. The pool, paddle boards and kayak were a big hit with our group. The island ia beautiful and the house is beautiful. We'll be coming back to Belize and when we do, we'll be staying here!
