This is one of the apartments with the most exceptional views and location in the entire city. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this elegant apartment is the ideal place to explore the best of San Sebastian. Its wonderful terrace with views of La Concha Bay guarantees you an unforgettable stay. We wait for you!



The apartment is a magnificent 90 square metres large, with capacity for 6 people. Its contemporary, elegant and sophisticated decor faithfully brings together and reflects its surrounding environment. The flat is also well-equipped with high-end features guaranteeing you to feel at home from the moment you get there.



The house has: three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an outdoor laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Its large kitchen and dining room open to the beautiful living room. But if this house stands out for something, that is, without a doubt, its immense terrace that we can access from any room in the house, surrounding it almost completely. With incomparable views of the sea and the bay of La Concha. On the terrace you will feel La Concha beach literally at your feet.

Fantastic property. Location was amazing and the outside deck was truly what made our stay. Communication from the property was outstanding and Aymar met us when we arrived and he was truly a delight. We wished we had more time at the property and would rent again if we visit this magical city.

Amazing!

From my initial inquiry all the way to check-out, our experience was fantastic! Location, view, interior space, washer and dryer, it was all perfect! A stunning place within walking distance to EVERYTHING! Checkin with Aymar was very, very helpful. He met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. He had great recommendations, was so friendly, and answered each and every one of our questions.

Cozy Luxury

The flat was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. Even the kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. Javier and Aymar were promptly responsive to inquiries. But the wrap-around terrace with its awesome view of La Concha was the best feature. Perfect Donostia nest.

3 lovely days in San Sebastian

Our group of 4 stayed for 3 days in this beautiful apartment. Aymar met us on site and offered lots of helpful information. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The terrace is huge with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is perfectly located for touring old town and the entire beach area. We highly recommend this lovely booking. Thank you!

A great stay

Spacious spot in a good location right on the front, would be beautiful in summer when you could make full use of the terrace. Decor and utilities modern, would definitely return. Only problem is noise from upstairs rather disturbing in the mornings.
