The New Amara apartment in San Sebastián is located on the fifth floor of a building and is the ideal choice for groups of friends or large families.

Located in the Amara neighborhood, about a 20-minute walk from La Concha Beach and the Old Town, New Amara is situated in a quiet and pleasant area of San Sebastián, with all kinds of amenities nearby.

This is a spacious 70 m² apartment with a large living-dining room, a modern separate kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The apartment features modern and colorful décor.


The living-dining room stands out for its huge floor-to-ceiling window that opens directly onto a terrace. Next to the window is the living area. On the other side is the dining room, and next to it, the modern, separate kitchen with appliances and a full set of kitchenware.

The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a small terrace.

The second bedroom, which also has an exterior window, features a double bed.

The apartment has two full bathrooms.

This apartment also offers wireless Internet access.

The apartment has two terraces and a patio just outside the apartment, accessible via a flight of stairs. The key to the patio is located in a white cabinet, and you are welcome to use the entire patio area.

Amara is one of the city’s largest neighborhoods—a relatively modern and comfortable area. It’s not the most tourist-friendly neighborhood, but it’s a great option for staying on a budget, and it’s close to everything (15-minute walk / 5-minute bike ride).

There are hardly any tourists, and you’ll feel like a true San Sebastian local in its cafes and taverns!

PARKING: The parking space has a maximum height of 190 cm, a depth of 490 cm, and a width of 200 cm. If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, we cannot arrange for another parking space.
