Apartment 'Nido' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Just a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the holiday home Nido is located within a residence in a very quiet position, surrounded by the greenery of Sardinian vegetation. The studio, situated on the ground floor, offers a room with a fully equipped kitchenette, double bed and bathroom, and is ideal for accommodating 2 people. The apartment, also suitable for children, is equipped with Wi-Fi (mainly available outdoors), air conditioning and cable TV. Outside, you will find a private garden with a small octagonal veranda, barbecue and natural shade, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, sunbathing or relaxing in the shared pool.



The natural beach of Punta Molara is about 600 meters from the house, while other beaches can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes by car. Cala Ginepro is 600 meters away (6 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car), Cala Girgolu is 3.5 km (6 minutes by car), and the beaches of Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Porto Taverna are about 5 km away. The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is 8 km (10 minutes by car). In the center of San Teodoro (9 km, 15 minutes by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a lively nightlife.



Please note that the Wi-Fi signal is optimal outdoors, while it may be weaker indoors. Some services such as electricity, bed linen, towels, air conditioning and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included in your stay: unlimited Wi-Fi, water, kitchen gas and a private parking space. The use of a car or motorcycle is recommended. Pets are not allowed in the residences.
