The villa is free on all four sides and surrounded by a private garden of approximately 110 sqm, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The covered veranda, furnished with a dining table, is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals after a day at the beach. A private parking space with gate is also available.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
