This historic 19th-century house has been fully renovated over four floors, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. It accommodates up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.



On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious entrance, ski and bike storage, a guest bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, and a private spa featuring a sauna, sensory showers, and a relaxation area with loungers—perfect after a day on the slopes or hiking.



The first floor offers a bright open space with dining area, fully equipped kitchen with island, and a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, plus a cozy lounge corner in the historic "caminaza."



The second floor has two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, while the top attic floor features a triple suite with bathroom, 60-inch Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a furnished terrace overlooking the Dolomites.



Enjoy reliable Wi-Fi on all floors, a private garden with barbecue, two covered terraces, and a complimentary EV charging station up to 3 kW. The house is on a quiet road used by locals and always cleared of snow in winter.



Monte Civetta ski lifts are about 6 minutes by car, Passo San Pellegrino 18 minutes, and Marmolada 27 minutes away. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside.
