"Would of been a top rating, but the breakfast where lacking finnes, mostly sweet stuff.? The TV lack any English channels. But the rest where 10/10. Room, restaurant, view, and service, absolutely fabulous. "

What really stood out to us was the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability — from eco-friendly practices to their focus on local, organic products. We especially loved the delicious locally produced food, which gave us a real taste of the region. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and the environment in everything they do. "A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."
