Villa l'Essenza can accommodate up to 10 people, having 4 double bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed. The bedrooms are all with king size beds and private bathroom. A fifth bathroom serves the living area where a large lounge with a very particular structure will welcome you. The living room, with two large sofas and a fireplace where you can enjoy a few hours of relaxation even on the coldest days, is a unique construction where the lines of a large space with very high ceilings are cut by columns and large openings towards the ‘external. The view that the numerous windows offer on the valley where the colors of the foliage of the olive trees and the surrounding hills dominate is enchanting.
Villa l'Essenza has been completely renovated recently with the total recovery of an old Umbrian-Tuscan farmhouse from which wooden planks and parts of the trunk have also been recovered and then reused to make benches and stools for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outside, in addition to the wonderful view, you can immerse yourself in a dream by diving into the large infinity pool. This is one of the most beautiful corners of the property with its infinite view of a sea of ​​hills and evergreen mountains.
Your walks here may tire your legs, of course, but they will surely recharge your body and soul. Not far from the property you can reach, for a pleasant excursion, Mount Peglia, a nature reserve declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. The volcanological museum is very interesting.
Villa l'Essenza also offers chef service on request. In the area mountain bike and ebike rental and the possibility of organizing horseback rides, shopping tours in the area companies and guided visits to some localities in the area.
