Villa Sylvia is a villa with swimming pool nestled in the green countryside of San Vito dei Normanni,
in the province of Brindisi. With large equipped outdoor spaces, modern
Mediterranean design and all the comforts of luxury facilities, the
villa offers up to 10 beds.
There are accessories such as barbecue and outdoor shower in the garden, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer and TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, alarm system.

Nestled
in the lush greenery of Puglia`s olive groves, Villa Sylvia is a new
residence with modern and essential lines, elegant and cozy.
In the large garden, thepool areawith solarium and the masonry stirrup lounge with comfortable cushions are true oases of quiet, regenerating, where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors.
A brand new 30-square-meter wood and cane pergola , furnished with marble table for 10 people, is perfect for outdoor dining in the shade.
The exteriors are complemented mobile barbecue for grilling, and a hammock for naps al fresco.
The
interiors of Villa Sylvia are cool and cozy, with soft, relaxing
colors. Many brick-built elements create a harmony and continuity that
relaxes the senses.
The living area is a single room in
which there is a masonry living room with TV, a dining room with table
and chairs, and an open kitchen with peninsula and induction cooktop.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 quadruple with double bed + bunk bed in masonry (suitable only for children).
One
of the rooms has an en suite shower room and a view of the pool. All
rooms have a French window to the outside and are equipped with blackout
curtains.
Completing Villa Sylvia are a hallway and 2 shower rooms.

Villa Sylvia is completely immersed in the nature of the Brindisi countryside. The area is residential and is only 3 km from the center of the small town of San Michele Salentino, and about 6 km from San Vito dei Normanni, where there are all the main services.
For those who do not want to give up the sea, the nearest beaches are those on the Adriatic coast located only 20 km from the villa.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The Villa is not fenced.
