The property includes 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with kitchen and large outdoor spaces.
The porch houses a large barbecue and a table for outdoor but sheltered dining.
From the garden you can enjoy some views of the lake.
The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No drinks, food or consumables are provided and must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc.).

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
