Villa Matidia is a welcoming villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Matidia you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Villa Matidia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Poggiardo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Matidia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Matidia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden.

Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The two dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
