  • Welcome to L’Arche de Portissol, a stylish ground-floor apartment located in a private residence known for its peaceful and discreet atmosphere. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, the property takes its name from two magnificent plane trees whose intertwined trunks create a natural archway, offering a unique and relaxing setting.

    Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests, the apartment combines comfort, space and natural light. From the moment you enter, you will appreciate the bright living and dining areas, where large floor-to-ceiling windows open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living while ensuring complete privacy.

    The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and generous wardrobe space. To ensure your comfort throughout the year, reversible air conditioning is available in both bedrooms as well as in the living and dining areas.

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and a separate utility area with a refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. It also provides direct access to the garden and a Weber barbecue, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining on warm Mediterranean evenings.

    After a day at the beach or exploring the area, guests can relax with complimentary Netflix access and enjoy their favourite movies and series.

Emplacement pratique, tout à pieds

Location agréable pour 5 voir 6 adultes, intérieur comme extérieur. Emplacement véhicule+++ dans ce quartier Propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute. Sanary reste notre indispensable oxygène chaque été. Je recommande

Excellent séjour

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Les espaces de vies sont bien séparés ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’il y à plusieurs personnes qui vivent un peu en décalé. Appartement à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, nous avons laissé notre véhicule dans le parking privé. La personne qui s’est occupée de notre arrivée/départ était très sympathique.

Appartement calme,spacieux, chaleureux, très propre et très confortable, idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Sanary et de la mer. Accueil très agréable de Didier . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
