SANARY - In a residential area 800 meters from the beach, beautiful villa of 180m², renovated, furnished and decorated with great taste, on a plot of 1800m² with infinity pool, petanque ground and beautiful garden. The villa offers 6 bedrooms including 4 with air conditioning and 5 shower rooms.

The main level offers a modern open kitchen very equipped with a dining room with sea view, a large living room open TV on a superb terrace to take your summer meals with plancha area facing the sea. Laundry room at the entrance level and guest toilet. Two double bedrooms and a shower room.

The first floor offers a first double bedroom with air conditioning and a sea view terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90) and air conditioning and a shower room with WC.

The garden level accessible by an external staircase offers:

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typically Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino games, etc., not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was voted the "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisanal products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a major venue for festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other events offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end-of-year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, travelling two families - a lot of rooms and bathrooms but still with the possibility of privacy. The view over the sea is amazing! Both the indoor and outdoor environments have everything you could want - small cozy areas, pool and sunchairs, dining areas and so much more. We didn't realize that the train was passing right by the house. Luckily it doesn't make that much noise. It’s small trains that don't run very often and pass by quickly.
