âI stayed here in November of 2019, it's now February 2020 and my belongings still smell of mold. The hotel looks great, good location and amazing staff. But as soon as I stepped out of the elevator on my floor with a river view I could smell the mold. In my jetlagged mind I didn't think much of it. I just wanted a bed. âHotellet Ă€r stort och opersonligt. Man har ofta stora bullriga fester dĂ€r ingen hĂ€nsyn tas till andra gĂ€ster. Hotellets taxi tar fem gĂ„nger mer betalt Ă€n vanliga taxi men man har fullstĂ€ndigt monopol. Bra frukost och bra mat i övrigt ocksĂ„ men dyra priser. TvĂ€tten kostar fem gĂ„nger mer Ă€n normalt. HĂ€r ska du bo om du vill göra av med med mer Ă€n du behöver. FöreslĂ„r Gaffinos tvĂ€rsöver gatan.

âHotellet var OK om Ă€n slitet och trĂ„kigt. Personalen trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam, de i restauangen talade dock nĂ€stan ingen engelska.
Problemet med det hÀr hotellet Àr att det ligger mitt ute i ingenstans. Ingen strand, ingen by, ingen vacker utsikt, ingenting, bara en gles skog och en smal dammig vÀg. Man undrar var man Àr nÄgonstans.

âNice hotel,
The personnelâs were very good, Just to name few, Pinok, Grata at the reception, Ashok, Sanjay and Hemmant at the kitchen.. very helpful and always paying attention to the guests need.
The food, AWESOME!
Xmas and the New Year Party, was well organized. Thanks to Joecons staffs.

âRooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well.
The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing.
Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep.â
âLoved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also weâll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff.
The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. Itâs also good that they try to think of environmental issues, noticeable for instance that you can choose not to change linnen (but I would suggest they do the opposite, that you have to make an active choice to get the linnen exchanged, since I think lots of people donât actually care enough to leave that note on the pillow).
The beach is also amazing in this area, but the motor boats and amount of people has left it a bit less pristine than last time we were here some 10 years ago. In Goa itâs always tricky with the balance between nature and exploitation, but we were happy to see crabs and sea snails roaming the edge of the water.
We will definitely come back to visit again! "
"Arrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didnât get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didnât work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didnât have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage boy and security tried to put us in a normal taxi despite us having prepaid for an airport drop off. Donât provide any shade or beach chairs on the beach. Loud construction going on until 21:00 in the evening, even Saturday and Sunday. In summary, we didnât enjoy our stay at all and we wonât be coming back."
