“Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup. “We were escaping the rain, had planned to camp. Clean and nice. We didn't have a dog.”

“Pet friendly room smelled and carpet was covered with stains. Attempting to check in BEFORE 5 pm, lobby door was locked, got voicemail on all phone numbers called, never received check-in instructions via text. Finally, the desk clerk unlocked the lobby door stating she was busy with an IT issue but made me continue to wait to receive room code. She then stated that because I booked via Expedia she did not have my phone number to contact me...hmmmm”

“Second year in a row we have stayed. Love the ocean view from our room and the sound. Clean and maintained only thing is under the beds could have been cleaned better…two dirty socks under one bed that had been there a while however will not let that deter us from staying again! Staff was helpful and super friendly!”

“The location of the cabin was excellent. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean and access to the beach. However, the steps were very steep making entering difficult. The shower needs repairs. It was hard to turn the water on and off.”

“View was fantastic and it was so close to the beach you could just walk to it! However the room was not clean. There were also notes posted all over the room warning you of fines if f you did certain things, and although it’s good to communicate, it also didn’t make me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the stay. I would love to stay in Oceanside again but will look for different accommodations.”

“This is more about expedia than the place: It's an RV camp and the cabin is not at all like the photos (I asked the helpful and sympathic staff about this and they said they'd tried to update and clarify, but that they weren't able to, because of Expedia). I felt Expedia was unclear and had misleading photos and information. My site was a cabin with no running water or heat, no bedding and no bathroom. The staff asked me if I had bedding, and I didn't, because I don't check for "bathroom" or...

“Cute lil motel for a short stay. The staff weren’t the nicest to us because of our age. there’s fines for not doing dishes, a blind broke off and we left something at the motel but never got a response after leaving a callback number 3 times.”
