This mid-terraced former fisherman’s cottage sits within a quaint and pretty row of four similar styled cottages and is directly opposite a quiet but popular pub which allows dogs inside and out. The accommodation comprises lounge, dining room, modern family bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, whilst upstairs you have two bedrooms a double to the front aspect and a single to the rear.Outside to the rear is an enclosed court-yard garden with a raised decking and seating area.PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available nearby in a public pay and display car park located in Brading High Street less than 200m from the property and a parking permit is included for one vehicle for the duration of your stay. There is additional free on street parking just along the road and in adjoining streets.
